Bought a new dishwasher a month ago. Does not get my dishes clean. My old one worked better than this one. It runs a lot longer & dishes aren't clean.

It's definitely a major part which doesn't seem to be available. The mistake I seemed to have made was not purchasing a machine that has parts made in the USA. The repairman said it takes 3-5 days to get the part, it's now over a week.

I love the little third rack. The long spoons, and other long utensils go there. This frees up the other racks for pots, skillets, dishes, glasses. And the silverware rack is awesome. The washer cleans and drys excellently. We are very satisfied

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pros: It has wifi .The look inside is so fresh and clean and runs quietly. My con is that when opening the machine to load,you accidently turn on the power button.
