We would end up having to hand wash the dishes! When we bought our LG dishwasher, this all went away. It does an amazing job! I would highly recommend this dishwasher!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a couple of months ago. I wish I had looked at more. I'm having trouble with using it sometimes. It is very confusing. I find the racks harder to use than my old one and when I run it on the extra dry cycle I still have a lot of water on the walls and some on the dishes. Can't believe it doesn't dry better. I like to wait until I've used something for a while to give a good review.

We love the top rack for longer utensils and the fold down racks at the bottom. Just wish this one had Wi-Fi capability for the LG thin Q app

Love this dishwasher! Three racks...top rack for flatware..each piece completely cleaned and no scratches from rubbing against each piece. The front control panel is so easy to use and clearly reflects where the dishwasher is in it's cycle. (my old dishwasher had the panel on the top of the door, so you had to open the door to see where it was in the cycle). Wish I had upgraded sooner!!

We moved into a new house in July and found that the dishwasher was on its last leg. I rely a lot on Consumer Reports before making any appliance/electronic purchases and this LG model dishwasher was highly rated. Plus the home had an LG refrigerator which we were impressed with. The dishwasher was installed 08/12/22, so we've been using for 6 weeks now. Everything about it shouts quality including the stainless-steel bottom. I'm very pleased with 3-shelf design and adjustable 2nd shelf, the placement of tines and "stackability" of plates, bowls, platters etc, and the spacious silverware holder. The contents are consistently sparkling clean. I had seen some reviews that others were not happy with the level of drying but I've not had a problem. Yes, there is still some wetness on items with recessed areas where water can pool, but I would never expect such to be bone dry with any dishwasher. Note that I've followed the manufacturer's guide and manual to use a drying agent, plus usually select "high temp" and "extra dry" on the control panel. The manual also suggests running the sink water till it's hot before you begin a wash cycle which aids in drying. The "normal" cycle takes a little over 3 hours, but I typically run at night so it's a non-issue (haven't yet tried any other cycle options). I also saw comments about the bottom tray sometimes coming off the track but learned that loading back to front (logical, right?), plus simply placing my hands in the middle of the rack to push in (rather than leaning over from the sink and pushing from the side) pretty much solved that. Lastly, I saved on the cost by going with the black model rather than stainless steel finish (like the fridge). Design-wise it looks really great, though, not far from my black/SS oven (sorry, not good about attaching photos). All being said, I'd rate this purchase as a truly exceptional value!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased and installed in September 2021. Very impressed at how quiet it runs, and how easy it is to use. Several cycles, instructions very easy to understand as well. Dishes have been very clean, no noted residue after washings either. LOVE the top 3rd rack for items that will fit there. We purchased this to replace one that quit working, and needed white, so considered it since it was in-stock.

I purchased the dishwasher in November when all the stores had a low appliance inventory; I didn't want LG because of a very bad experience with my washer, but at the moment, it was the less expensive one between the three options that I had. It works very well, but I found that the top racket is almost useless, and the second thing that I don't like is that if I don't keep a distance from the dishwasher, I will turn it on with minimum minimal contact.
