The bottom rack slides on rollers with too much of a gap that the rack comes off the rail and if it's full of dishes it is more difficult to get back on. If the rollers were 1/4 inch outward on both sides I think that might help keep the rack on.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher is so quiet, can hardly hear it, it loads easily, holds a lot of dishes, glasses, etc. especially like the top rack for utensils. I like that all the racks can be adjusted, the utensil holder on bottom holds everything in place or can keep it open. The wash cycles are easy to figure out. Washes dishes well too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very glad I made this purchase a sit aha made my life so much easier. This is a very simple to use dishwasher with many convenient features and settings it completely cleans all dishes without a trace of food or anything else leftover.

Our 12 year old dishwasher died, so we had to get a replacement. When we examined all the features of the models available in the store, we decided on this one. With a little less than a month of experience, we're glad we did. I was surprised that it does not appear to have a heating element for drying dishes. However, when we used the rinse aid, as the instructions insisted, the dishes seemed to dry fine. It is certainly a lot quieter than our old dishwasher. In fact, at times I am not even sure if it is running; I have to look at the timer window for confirmation. That's a real plus. I'm still learning how to best load the dishwasher. There is quite a bit of flexibility and the instruction book does offer some suggestions, but I have to learn what works best for us and the way we live. That's to say, there is a learning curve with this machine. However, it does work well and it is very quiet, so we are very pleased. It's worth the time for the learning.

My old dishwasher sounded like a rocket was going to take off; this LG is so refreshing. It is quiet, has great features for different washes, a 3rd top rack (which I love!) And overall does an excellent job washing the dishes right the first time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought it back at the beginning of the year. It was about two months before it could be delivered. Once received we enjoyed it. It is great. Cleans exceptionally well and love the design. I only wish the knife tray at the top could be adjusted. Not all my knifes fit there. Other than that it is top quality LG is known for.

I bought this LG dishwasher last month because my old one was rusty. So far I really like this dishwasher. It has a lot of space compared to my old one (although the same size), love the stainless steel inside, and the 3rd rack does come in handy for extra silverware and small condiment bowls. The only negative so far is the drying feature. There basically isn’t one. Dishes always come out wet even using the dry setting and leaving the door shut for hours after. I never had to use a drying agent on my other dishwasher but I am going to start with this one and see how it goes. Still would recommend. It cleans great and is so extremely quiet I can’t hear it when it’s on from the livingroom. My other one was so loud I had to turn tv up when washing dishes.

I have only had this new LG dishwasher about 5 weeks, but I really do like it. The third row for silverware is an awesome change! You never have to touch anything but the handle of utensils! Everything is clean and sanitized-even though it does seem to take a long time!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have four other LG products and they have all been good products and for the ones I have to work on they are simple enough to do.This dishwasher had all the features that were new and got our interest. The install was a little tricky - but that is the way it is for dishwashers. I cut my hand s working on the electric box as everything is basically on the floor. This was a replacement... . The hose to the main water supply needed to be replace do (original copper) with a new dishwasher hose which is flexible and will adjust.

I have had my new LG dishwasher for a couple of months and it sure gets the job done. It was not my first choice; we needed a black model to match our other appliances, and choices were limited due to supply chain issues. By the tree made the purchase we were very frustrated and were sick of having a broken dishwasher at home. Now that time has passed, we are very satisfied. The third rack is a huge bonus, and the dishes come out nice and clean. As stated in online reviews, some items (Tupperware) don’t fully dry, but this doesn’t bother me. All said, we got lucky we ended up with this LG!
