I brought this about a month ago. The overall dishwasher washes great. The issue I have is with the tray the dishes go in. There is too much space between the slats.it is like it is missing a slat across the width of the dishes tray. You can’t put the dishes in standing up in all the areas.

Dishwasher is good. Quiet. But, back foot for leveling was broken and would not descend had to cut a foot at the right level to install it because we already removed the old dishwasher, got rid of the outer box and after the issue with LG changing the delivery dat, wee didn't want to risk sending it back or waiting for service.

I have had this dishwasher for a little ober 2 months. I love how quiet it is and the third rack. What I am very disappointed with is that is does not dry my dishes well at all. I typically have to use a dish towel to dry many of my dishes after removing them. That is a bit of a pain as tjat is a key reason for a dishwasher. Sharing this to make others aware. If this dried well, I would have given it 5 stars.

I like my dishwasher, cleans good, quite but its already needed sizable repairs. I've owned my dishwasher about 1 1/2 years. I like the dishwasher but I've had several issues needing repair service. First the control board went back after only a few months amd just after the manufacturers warranty expired, the pump went bad. Fortunately we purchased the extended warranty.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The main and second racks of the dishwasher clean well but the third rack isn't good for anything but silverware. Which is fairly useless. One because a utensil tray is also included. Two because the third rack is very inconvenient to use due to needing to place each utensil into individual slots. Also, even though I select the Extra Dry setting the dishes are often still wet.

I really thought I wanted the extra top row in my new dishwasher, but I think it is the thing I like the least about this model! Everything else I love! The look of the model is so sleek and it is a nice compliment in our kitchen. The performance is amazing. Our dishes are spotless and there is quite a bit of room for dishes. The top row/tier does not allow for tall glasses to fit in the second rack (thus my love-hate relationship with the third row), but it is great for laying out (flat) kitchen utensils for a good cleaning. Overall we are very satisfied with this purchase.

I had hoped for a little better performance, and I really dislike the bottom tray arrangement. It doesn't work well for me as I often have wasted space. I tend to have small bowls, plates, etc., and this seems more designed for large bowls and pans. I wash these typically by hand.

Pros: quieter sounds an improvement, digital choices are convenient, nice ring melody for on and completed, stainless interior an upgrade, and we think it improves the heat reflected drying - less plastic containers to be left to dry another day, middle tier has drop down prongs to make room for larger mugs or bowls, more sprayers, top tray for extra cooking utensils, least expensive stainless interior DW on market. Cons: front facing digital controls subtle but I lean into start button preparing food on counter several times/wk. -it goes off after a minute, prefer controls on top and out of sight, other DW had a blower to assist dish drying -might have helped with plastic containers, top tray only holds utensils and silverware, not much height for small containers, maybe a few small plates laying down, bottom rack missing prongs in center left to right - would prefer option of push down prongs to hold cereal dishes, have to fill DW before I can place bowls there so they'll stand or lean - mostly sized for larger casserole dishes which I still prefer to hand wash unless greasy. I'd recommend it for it's powerful wash but prefer features in other models now.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this LG dishwasher to replace one that had lasted for 17 years. We wanted white to match everything else in our kitchen and LG was one of the few companies that offered while without charging extra for that. A selling point was the decibel level. We never thought of our old dishwasher as loud until we ran the LG. You can barely hear it running even when standing right next to it. We don't use the 3rd upper rack - it simply does not appeal to us. And we use the silverware holders from our old dishwasher because we didn't like the one long holder that was meant to be placed at the back of the dishwasher. There is ample room without that for a week's worth of our dishes since there are only 2 of us at home. Generally, everything comes clean but one plastic container with chopped cilantro in it did not and I had to hand wash it to get the cilantro leaf pieces off the side of the container. I am also concerned that the inside of the door stays wet even days after the dishwasher has been run and I am concerned what the long term effect of that will be. Nevertheless, we are generally very pleased with our new LG dishwasher and I recommend it.
