We bought this dishwasher several months ago to replace the 16 year old KitchenAid that came with the house. What an improvement! It is easy to load and easy to configure to OUR needs (adjustable shelf, etc.) and I LOVE the silverware drawer on top! It is quiet which is important in today’s “open concept” homes, and my dishes are clean! SO HAPPY we went with LG - they have models to fit everyone’s distinctive needs!

We've had our dishwasher for about 2 months and are very pleased with it. We had a slight problem that we found out that the unit had not been installed properly. We called LG and they came very quickly and adjusted everything. It is extremely quiet and cleans the dishes and other items very well.

My favorite is the auto setting which can tell just how long to run by the amount of dishes in it. They come out sparkling clean every time!! And it is so quiet that I had to check it several times because I didn’t think it was running! This is the best dishwasher I’ve ever had! It doesn’t disappoint!

Our first model was a lemon stopping in mid cycle randomly while other days the machine would run fine. We had 4 different computer repairs before the manufacturer would allow us to do a factory return under warranty. Our replacement had to be the same model. We have only had our replacement for about 3 weeks. There was one night that we ran the dishwasher only waking up the next day to see that the notification "END" was not displayed as it should have been after completing a full cycle. I'm hoping our problems are not starting over again.

Bought this a few weeks ago. Still can't get used to the fact that it does not load as smartly as my old one. Also it takes over 3 hours to wash dishes, too long! i do love the quietness, can hardly tell it is on. Love the music at the end to announce the cycle is FINALLY done!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve only used it a few times so far but want to program it for a 30 minute wash. I need to look at the manual or YouTube instructions. When I lean against it my belly hits the buttons which the buttons are sensitive to the touch. Otherwise it cleans well. Not sure why you need three hour wash cycles.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm still getting used to this new dishwasher. When it was first installed, I had issues getting it to run a cycle. Through the wonders of Google searches, I found out that I should try to reset it by holding down the delicates cycle. It's worked fine ever since. The reason for 4 stars is that it takes 2 hours and 50 minutes for a normal cycle to run. That just seems so very long to me. But my dishes are clean and it isn't too loud.

I will say that I am one of those people that rinse the dishes clean before loading them into the dishwasher and the dishes come out nice and clean. The rinse aid does help. The 1st load I did after the dishwasher was installed did have spots and I did not have the rinse aid. The loads after I added the rinse aid looks pretty good (not many, if any water spots). My son and I installed it and was not hard (we are handy with this kind of stuff). It helped watching a U-Tube video vs following the directions (I did read the directions prior to install). All my dishes do fit in lower and middle racks. The middle rack does adjust and I like that.
