Bought this as part of a kitchen package after our refridge died and were unable to find a white one. Decided to update to the black stainless steel. This dishwasher replaced a Bosch dishwasher that worked very well. Dishes and silverware are often still dirty after the cycle. We have followed the suggested loading diagrams in the manual with no difference. It doesn't hold as many dishes as the Bosch did. The tine arrangement on the middle shelf doesn't allow our glasses to fit without leaving large gaps. Wish we'd have stuck with the Bosch.

We bought this 2mths ago. Smells terrible when you have dishes in it by the end of the day to run it. Does not dry anything, Spot on all plastic cups and bowels unless I dry by hand. Noticed my knives get rust spots on them and when I clean with sponge they come off. This defeats the purpose of a dishwasher if I have to clean them by hand after running the dishwasher. I will never buy LG again. If I could take it back I would.

Purchased this dishwasher in Dec 2022 to replace another brand. We are completely satisfied with how quietly it runs and how efficiently it cleans! The features of the unit were well thought out in it's design. Having the second rack adjustable for height...awesome! The bonus feature of a 3rd rack for utensils and knives is a great addition. LG really thought of everything without breaking the bank on price! Will definitely recommend this unit to friends.

I purchased the LG dishwasher which stopped working after 4 months. The warranty department does not care about fixing the problem just replying after more than 1 month that they are still working on finding solutions. We are with 3 little kids at home, working a lot both my husband and myself, and then we need to add dishwashing to our crazy busy day!!!.... Thank you LG!

Wash time on the Auto setting plus Extra Dry takes 2 1/2+hours to complete and I find the many dishes are not completely dry. Any bowl or glass that has any type of dip will have a pool of water. Furthermore I have already had to have the front electronic panel replaced!!! I am not happy with this appliance at all!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] the dishes don't come out clean more times than not; especially the cutlery on the third rack. Additionally, the front control panel has emotional issues. It looks like a strobe light when you try to turn on the machine and I have had to turn the breaker off and on again multiple times to try to reset the machine. It was non-responsive so I couldn't run a load of dishes. This happens 9 times out of 10. We ordered a new dishwasher (not this one) and will be saying goodbye to this one shortly. We purchased it in 2022. A dud in our opinion.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don't know if mine is defective, or if this is just trash. I bought this model in part because the photos showed the prongs on the bottom dish rack having curves to hold the plates up. The rack I received is not what is shown in photos, and the prongs will not stay locked in place. As soon as I put more than two plates, the prongs fall down, and then of course the plates all fall down. We purchased this to replace our old LG dishwasher which was leaking after only six years. We have probably $8000 of LG appliances in our kitchen, but I think we are done with them at this point.

This dishwasher is the quietest and best cleaning dishwasher I have ever owned. The controls are very easy to navigate….very good product at a very good price
