[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this in March. We finally got it last week. We love how quiet it is. However, the installers lost a screw for bottom plate and would not secure into my cabinets because we are having a new countertop installed soon they said.

The bottom rack slides on rollers with too much of a gap that the rack comes off the rail and if it's full of dishes it is more difficult to get back on. If the rollers were 1/4 inch outward on both sides I think that might help keep the rack on.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this dishwasher three weeks ago. I did so much research before settling on this LG Dishwasher. I wanted functionality, water/electricity saving functions, and a sleek/clean design, which is what this LG dishwasher is. Overall it is a great dishwasher. It is a four power wash and both the top and the bottom racks share the same amount of pressure which was very important to me when browsing through different dishwashers. Needless to say, I handle the dishwasher with care and I am pretty good about removing and scraping off food pieces since I don’t want them to accumulate within the dishwasher, and thus far I have not seen any unwashed bits in any dish. I have washed pots and pans in addition to the regular dishes of plates, cups, cutlery etc. The dishwasher is powerful and gets the job done. One of the things I love the most is the different cycle options that are offered. On days where I feel that I want a quicker wash for mildly soiled items, there is an option to set the washer to Express/32 minutes, which is AMAZING and helps you save on your electric bill ! I love that flexibility in the cycles because it lets me decide what I want to do and how I want to wash certain dishes without being tied to preset functions. Aesthetically speaking, the dishwasher is sleek with a built in front touch dial, which adds elegance to my kitchen. Oh and before I go, one of my most favorite functions is to press and hold the start button for three seconds which initiates the machine to drain the excess remaining water. I love this feature because it helps to avoid any type of smell that can accumulate. How neat is that ?!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this LG dishwasher to replace one that had lasted for 17 years. We wanted white to match everything else in our kitchen and LG was one of the few companies that offered while without charging extra for that. A selling point was the decibel level. We never thought of our old dishwasher as loud until we ran the LG. You can barely hear it running even when standing right next to it. We don't use the 3rd upper rack - it simply does not appeal to us. And we use the silverware holders from our old dishwasher because we didn't like the one long holder that was meant to be placed at the back of the dishwasher. There is ample room without that for a week's worth of our dishes since there are only 2 of us at home. Generally, everything comes clean but one plastic container with chopped cilantro in it did not and I had to hand wash it to get the cilantro leaf pieces off the side of the container. I am also concerned that the inside of the door stays wet even days after the dishwasher has been run and I am concerned what the long term effect of that will be. Nevertheless, we are generally very pleased with our new LG dishwasher and I recommend it.

The dishwasher lasted just over 1 year before it started making a grinding noise when the pump runs. It barely cleans the dishes and often comes out with dishes still wet. If you're looking for a strong dishwasher that leaves dishes dry, keep looking.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this LG Thin Q dishwasher with shelves utinsel baskets and even a cutlery shelf. This dishwasher is so quiet you don't even know it's on. Love all the features LG has always been the best for appliances and 24/7 customer care.

I’ve used this dish washer 3 times so far. It is extremely quiet and works very well. Knowing stainless tubs don’t dry as good as plastic (all dishwashers don’t lol) but I haven’t tried the extended dry yet. Will next cycle. I’m very pleased with the appliance at this time😊

Dishwasher worked great for several weeks. However we are now experiencing problems when starting the normal wash cycle. The washer runs for about 3-5 minutes then shuts off. This may happen multiple times before it runs to finish. The installation instructions could be better on leveling the dishwasher. The dishwasher seems to do a fine job and is very quiet while operating. Racks and dish placement are easy and very functional.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very nice featues on this dishwasher, barely audible run cycle. The only issue we've noticed is the control panel, which is very sensitive. If you (or any part of you) touches the panel the controls respond. My husband somehow locked the panel by brushing up against it, took us awhile to figure out how to unlock (hold two of the buttons down simultaneously) . We haven't found a need for the extra tray but it's nice to know we that option.

Had this dish washer for a few weeks. It is very quiet and cleans well. Only problem we saw was that it does not dry thoroughly. I think this may be due to the new dishwashers do not have heating elements. I have to crack the door open after each use so all the moister will leave the inside.
