I bought way too many when they went on sale. About 4 months I wanted to rotate the supply of coke. I was astonished that the soda was flat and had an awful flavor. I never had the opportune to store them. I recall storing tonic water in the GLASS bottles. Plastic lets all the fizz out but only a few weeks worth at a time.

I prefer this size bottle versus the 2 L bottle because the 2 L bottle goes flat before I can drink it all the cans once you open those, if you don't drink it all at once it also goes flat. I like these bottles because one model lasts me pretty much all day, but as I zip at it, I can put the cat back on and not lose any of the carbonation and if I want, if it gets warm, I can throw it back in the fridge and it'll be cold and I can drink it later that night or the next day and it's like I never opened it to begin with so yes, I buy it consistently.
