Want to give it a 5, but dropped to a 4 because of two things: the base was a pain in the butt to put together. Good grief. It's two pieces. Why make it so difficult? I'm glad I didn't break it trying to snap the pieces together. And the second thing is because of the "rattling" noise it makes when it's set to oscillate. It's not loud, but annoying enough to affect my rating. Other than that, it definitely puts out some air and I'm happy with that.

I love Lasko fans. I have bought 4. One was a gift to my sister who now also loves lasko fans. I have 42" 48" and the one for bigger rooms. I was shopping at sams and stop to tell someone who was looking at one how great they are. They have a cooling gentle like breeze that is very refreshing. Best fan ever, go buy one.

This is definitely worth the buy.
