Good turning radius, strong fan, tall/sleek design and fairly lightweight. Reasonably priced. The base plate is 2 plastic half circles that must be put together perfectly, and with some light force, then finagled and locked in. Took a few tries. Still easily wobbles. The terrible plastic base makes it overall feel "cheap".

The Lasko Tower Fan with Remote is proving to be a good fan so far. There are multiple fan speeds so you have many options. It has the ability to set it with a timer or just leave it on. Another option allows you to adjust the fan speed with the temperature in the room. This can all be done manually or using the included remote. The fan speed and cooling are very good. The one thing I would like to note is that it is a bit loud when you run it on the highest speed.

I recently purchased this fan after having a Lasko tower fan for 9 years. The name of the fan "Lasko WhisperForce" is nothing of the sort. The fan is very noisy. To the point where I can hear it in other rooms. Also, the eye for the remote is on the top. This makes it uncomfortable as you have to almost be in an upright position in order for the commands to register.

I have several Lasko vertical fans. This model, with it's multiple choices is the best, by far. The drawbacks are that the display is not visible if you are not standing over it or sitting next to it. From across the room, using a remote, you can never be sure of what you have chosen. I do enjoy the 'nature' setting which is like a breeze that intensifies and then slows down

The fan is great. The only downside is the remote. After 8-9 months the remote stopped working. Even changing the batteries several times didn’t make a difference. Now to change anything even turning it on or off, we have to get up and manually touch the fan itself.

Chose this fan because it was on sale which made it comparable to a standard pedestal oscillating floor fan. I've always preferred the tower/slim fans as they tend to be quieter and take up less space than the typical floor pedestal fan. I've used the fan every day since purchasing it and am very happy with it. It has 12 speed settings and is extremely quiet even on the top speed. I love that this tower fan is 42 in tall to allow for more/taller air output. Bonus features were the remote, timer setting, and breeze mimicking setting.

Best fan that I have ever purchased. I love it!

At medium speeds, can barely hear this fan. MUCH more quiet than a box fan.

I was pleasantly surprised that it has so many features. Truly feels like air conditioning!
