The shipment arrived a day later than promised. The packaging was flimsy and fell apart while I brought it indoors, dumping the contents on the floor. Luckily, none of the bottles burst open. If they had, it would have exploded all over my carpet and furniture. Not impressed.

My husband and I don’t like coffee and only drink tea on occasion, so if we need a caffeine ebooks, Diet Coke is our usual choice (although I try to not have too much of it knowing it’s not a healthy choice). The carbonation and taste pair well with snacks, and I like that it is a no sugar/calorie drink!

Not only did he deliver it to the building (I live in assisted living facility), but brought it to my apartment door, (unlike Instacart who left it in the lobby. I am in a wheelchair and moving twelve six-packs coke from the lobby to my room is difficult!)

I have been drinking diet coke for over twenty years. I just love the taste, and I really like the carbonation. I find it to be very refreshing and satisfying. I drink it from the bottle or over ice in a glass. I prefer the plastic bottles because often times I am on the go and I find them to be convenient. It was sweet enough, it had good carbonation, and it was refreshing. I did not give it 5 stars, because it is still sweetened with aspartame. I would give it 5 stars if Coke would use a natural sweetener.

So the fact that this diet version contains aspartame as well is a big no for me. I try to avoid aspartame at all costs. Would not recommend.

If you've never tasted Diet Coke before, the flavor profile is a bit different than Coke Zero. It's got a tart edge similar to what Tab has, because the artificial sweetener is different than Coke Zero. I like Diet Coke and will sometimes choose it over Coke Zero. This version has enough caffeine that it can fill in for a cup of coffee if you're in a big hurry and only have time for the vending machine. If you get the six pack, be prepared to use scissors. That plastic ring is tight and strong, trying to pull the bottle loose is going to result in shaking the contents. I love Diet Coke. It's so much better than other diet drinks. The carbonation is not too strong and the flavor is perfect. You do not taste the sugar alternative at all like you do in some diet sodas. Pour it over a glass of ice and automatically refreshed!
