I was excited about my purchase, but some parts were missing and another part didn't fit due to its cut. I wouldn't buy the same product again. I sent an email to customerservice@sumxing.com and I hope for a prompt response and solution.

It would be great if there was a left side fire box attachment to be purchased for it. That would enable a smoker functionality for this grill, which would make it all-in-one perfect, for cooks who don't use gas.

So happy that someone still makes a large rectangular shaped charcoal grill. This is our 3rd one -- we literally burn it out after 2 years of 2-3x per week grilling. Please don't discontinue this :)

The holes for the hinges on the bottom of the barrel were drilled on the wrong side at the manufactory. I would recommend checking before spending the time putting it together. I will be returning the grill ASAP.

Just finished assembly. No missing parts. Everything went together okay. Some of the instructions were a little vague and the only reason I didn't give it a 5 star review.

Bought this 04/15/24 and took about 4 hrs. to assemble by myself, very heave and sturdy and cooked burgers and chicken absolutely perfect, great price and set for years to come.

I read BBQ_Dad's review and realized I had the EXACT same experience! 1) yes you need some intuition on assembly, holes dont always match up, and it needs leg levelers, but like bbqdad, I use a tile under one of the legs.2) the grates last about 2 years. 3) after 4 years, the bottom of the charcoal tray rusted out, I rigged a makeshift fix with some tin, but removing the ashes is now pretty messy job. BOTTOM LINE: This is an excellent and dependable charcoal grill. it's direct heat and it's hard to keep the heat down, but like bbqdad, I bought a pellet grill for slow cooking ribs, etc. IT WOULD BE GREAT if they offered replacement parts, you'd never need another grill!

Love my grill had it for 3 or 4 years now. Where can i get parts for it?
