BEWARE!! This duo ruined my hair. I am 50yrs old and am blessed to have very good hair. I have used various products and never anything like this. Left my hair course and broken. I rewashed with my normal shampoo/cond and felt better but the damage was done. I have to go cut my hair. Trust me, please don’t try it!

Destroyed my hair. First problem was you couldn't un twist the pump to use it . You had to unscrew the entire cap and dump it out. My husband had to use a saw to cut off the little ring so the pump would work. The product itself dried my hair out, made it fall out in giant clumps and have horrible breakage I have (had) long (past bra, strap )straight fine hair and have never had any problems until this Native shampoo and conditioner I am currently trying other hair products and they are making a positive difference; however I'm gonna have to get my hair cut off above my shoulders It's so damaged . I read that another 50-year-old woman had the same issue. Also, it made my skin (face, neck, and hands ) feel like it had a chemical burn and made my fingernails all soft and tore off. I went to the doctor because I thought something was wrong. He asked if I changed any products and that's when I realized. I stopped using native shampoo and conditioner and switched products and almost immediately and my fingernails started growing back stronger and normal My face, hands and neck didn't feel like a chemical burn after my shower and my hair stopped falling out. Had to believe something got put in this shampoo and conditioner that was defective. As a positive, it did smell good Conditioner product %23 L4296E23851 Shampoo product %23 L4285E23852 (I tried posting pictures of the multiple clumps of hair, the disintegrated fingernails and the chemical burn on my skin; but it would not allow me to add pictures and said there was a technical problem)

Could not get the pumps to open. I even watched a YouTube video...

I really love the feel and scent. Its cleaner ingredients. I would buy again. Leaves my hair feeling soft and conditioned.

The pumps do not work. No matter how many times I turn the top or which way I turn it, it does not work. I'll be returning them.
