My first impression of the scent was that it smelled fresh and slightly floral, while still being a very masculine fragrance. My wife commented that I smelled very good. The deodorant had great staying power throughout the day, keeping me smelling good even after several hours of moving boxes in the heat. I even still smelled fresh at bedtime. I was impressed that as a deodorant without an antiperspirant Old Spice kept me mostly dry. I also like that the deodorant comes as an invisible solid that doesn't stain my black shirts, as opposed to a white solid stick. The only downside for me to this particular Old Spice deodorant was the lavender fragrance. Don't get me wrong, it smelled fantastic! It just wasn't "me". I loved the Wilderness, but the lavender didn't suit me well. I am definitely looking forward to trying more Old Spice Wilderness fragrances to find my scent. I would absolutely recommend Old Spice to any guys that want to feel fresh and smell great. Especially if they want to try a fragrance with a hint of a manly floral scent that isn't overpowering.

It goes on dry and keeps you protected all day. It's a white solid so it can get on clothes but it can be washed out so it's no biggie. My husband and son both use the Fiji and love it. Definitely one to keep on rotation!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Old Spice Deep Sea with Ocean Elements Antiperspirant and deodorant worked about as well as its competitors, despite leaving occasional white stains on my darker clothes. I was however pleasantly surprised by the scent and enjoyed it more than I thought I would. The scent is musky with hints of citrus and floral notes, leaving behind a pleasant smelling and dry armpit. While this works great as a deodorant and antiperspirant keeping bad odors at bay, I probably would not purchase in the future seeing as it has aluminum in it. Although the effects of aluminum are disputed by both sides, the evidence regarding those with kidney disease are backed by science. Seeing as I have end stage renal disease, I must be careful of products containing aluminum zirconium tetrachlorohydrex GLY since it can build up in the system when the kidneys are not functioning at full capacity.

There are masculine musk undertones. It has a slightly fruity scent that I had to get used to. It glides on well and doesn't leave a residue. Good product overall. I like it better than some other deodorants.

Wearing this deodorant, I smelled good, but most importantly, I minimized the stains and sweaty armpits I had even after going for a run outdoors in the heat. Would recommend this product.
