Very cute bag, a little big but is great to fit multiple items if you don’t use the Bentgo box itself.

This is a great lunchbox BUT, if you don't teach your kids to latch all of the latches and you have something in them that may leak, it will.

I ordered that bag at August 22, received it only at September 7. Okay, size of that bag is amazing, colors cute. But what about quality? At first lock going so difficult - I was thinking maybe it's new bag and it need time, but today I see that rubber band of side pocket is torn-we don't put there anything, cause everything fit inside bag(as I say size is amazing). Bentgo, would you replace that bag,which was used only 3 days?

This is a great product. I love it, however a few of the snap locks keep popping off and I don’t find out until she comes home from school. I hope they can find it, otherwise it may not function properly. Maybe I just got one that was a little defective. Otherwise, it is very spacious and keeps foods in place!

I bought my bentgo for this past school year and my daughter absolutely loved it! She loves the style and colors, everything is perfect👍🏻 My daughter is very picky on what she eats and I loved how bentgo made it very convenient. They are so easy to use and there was still so much space left for apples and utensils to put inside! I love how it also comes with a space to put her water bottle inside, they are just amazing🤩

We received the dinosaur lunch bag, lunch box, and dinosaur icepacks as gifts for my son's 2nd birthday. We loved it as our son was transitioning to a toddler room and needed something new for his growing lunch and snacks. The bag not only fits the lunch box but has extra space for his milk cup, extra snacks, and an internal zipper for his utensils and icepack. My son can also carry it on his own pretty easily if needed. We did have to work with customer service about something and they were very accommodating. I really appreciated the ease of their help.

Cute bag! My dino-nut 6 year old was thrilled with the design. Construction seems solid. The insulation seems to be decent. However, it's only the 5th day of school and the zipper jammed on the fabric trim inside the lunchbox and he couldn't get his food out. The lunch helpers at school couldn't get it open either. I was able to get it unjammed at home (after a lot of struggling), but it ripped a hole in the trim. Now it's going to be even more likely to get caught again.

Bought this lunch bag for my kids before school started and received a defective bag inside. The liner inside was almost like someone had taken a serrated knife to it. I called Bentgo and they fixed the problem immediately. That’s why I am giving them 4 stars! They were easy to deal with and I didn’t have to send the original bag back.

We have three of these bags ! Love the quality of them ! They have pockets inside and out of the bag for things like napkins and utensils . Also a pockets for a water bottle ! Very spacious for the bontigo lunch box and some extra space for a snack or thermos for hot lunch !

I bought this lunch bag with the matching lunch box for my son's 4th birthday as he is SO excited to start school this year. The parcel was successfully delivered to our porch; unfortunately when my husband and I got home from work it was nowhere to be found. I called customer service with little hope that they would be able to help with our lost/stolen package. With no hesitation, Michael told me he would make an exception and send another lunch bag to me for no extra fees. I was beyond appreciative and thankful. This was my first time ordering from Bentgo.com and it will not be my last. Not only are the quality of their products one of the best, but their customer service over-exceeded my expectations. Thank you Bentgo for turning a discouraging situation into a positive experience. My son absolutely loves his set and is all ready for kindergarten :)
