Excellent product

On a whim, I decided to give these a try. So happy I did! They were truly delicious! Not much fat, lots of protein, a nice size burger that shrank very little, if at all. No hormones or antibiotics and they are sustainably harvested. I'm no "woke poke" but that's all a plus no matter what you call yourself. We slapped them on our lil George Foreman grill and in 4 or 5 minutes we were enjoying a juicy hot bison burger. Lightly seasoned it with Tony Chachere's, added swiss cheese,kale and cabbage salad (w/o the dressing), pickle and spicy mustard. A gourmet burger in under 15 minutes! Directions say thaw overnite...i just left them on counter for about 30 minutes, then put in fridge till we were ready to grill. Don't overcook! They require less cooking time than beef. You need to try them, kind of pricey, but better for you, so its a trade off worth your money. Enjoy!

The Bison burgers have changed. The burgers previously were listed with 29 grams of protein, now it's 28 grams. The burgers look to have more filler and the are not red. I will attempt to upload a picture.

I received product reimbursement in exchange for my honest review. I love veggie burgers and these are some of the best I've had at home. They come individually wrapped which is awesome. They are thin so they cook quick and you can get them crispy. So so good and I will buy them again without question. Definitely a great price for the product at Sams as well.

Bison is so healthy for us, it is way better than hamburger meat and tastes so good. It grills perfectly and it doesn't shrink because of its less fat. I add spices after the burger is thawed and reshape it and either grill or air fry. Delicious , healthy and yummy.

We just finished our first box, and will definitely purchase again. These patties are delicious and grill up beautifully.
