These are our favorite bison burgers. Whether they are frozen or thawed, they cook perfectly and are so juicy. The flavor is wonderful. My only complaint is they aren't always available. Please bring them back!!!

Seasoned them with Famous Dave's Steak and Burger Seasoning and some black pepper.....best burger ever! Remember, they're lean so don't overcook them.
