I’m very satisfied with my purchase. All the hardware and instructions made it very easy to assemble. The cuts are perfect fit and the quality is great. Best of all my wife and kids love it and enjoy it and I can grill anytime and my family can enjoy lounging on our free time.

We absolutely love our Arcadia Gazebo. My husband and I, both in our 60s, assembled it ourselves over two days to protect the front of our house from the Arizona sun. We set it up "backwards" (with the front facing our house so it slants away from the house). Last night we had our first beautiful rain on the "tin" roof. We just love going out to sit on the porch swing, protected from the sun and the rain!

The end result is a really beautiful gazebo. Unfortunate my husband and I are very much less than handy and can not follow direction all that well so we had a lot of steps to redo. For people who are even remotely handy assemble should be easy. We had a point in the assembly when we realized that the gazebo was going to be too big to fit inside our screened lanai (totally my fault for measuring incompletely.). Customer service was wonderful and offered to have the boxes picked back up with no restocking fee. This says a lot about the company and their dedication to customer satisfaction. We were able to find another location to home our gazebo and look forward to getting a lot of use out of it in the years to come. I would definitely recommend this product to my friends.

Great quality! Follow the instructions and recruit a few friends. It took two days at a steady pace for two seniors. Thrilled that a few extra pieces of hardware were included “just in case”. A play structure for the grandkids might be the next purchase.

Arrives in 2 200 lb boxes with no option for “white glove” delivery unless you pay to have it installed. We’re in our 60s so getting it to back yard was a challenge. It is as shown and looks really nice in on our patio. Will stain it a darker brown fall. It is a medium brown.

I bought this and a matching "corner pergola" las month. Both are absolutely fabulous. I did each one over a weekend with a bit of help from my college age daughter. Instructions are really good, the hardware is top notch and I couldn't be happier

Quality is very good. Looks great! Assembly is best with 2 people and takes a few hours. Polyurethane all wood parts first. Everyone who has seen it wants one! I put it adjacent to the Backyard Discovery Norwood. Wish they would fit together without a gap.

This review is actually of our XL Saxony Grill pergola…just finally finished installing last week. The pergola was easy to put together. Instructions were very clear, and 3d view was very helpful. My wife and I put as much as possible together in preparation for our sons joining us to connect the four posts and add the roof…it now houses our original outdoor kitchen. It is our 2nd Backyard Discovery pergola (you can see in the picture, behind the Saxony XL, our Arcadia Pergola, which we use primarily for concerts and movies). Easier than I thought! Unfortunately, The cement patio wasnt big enough to accomadate the Pergola however, I had a professional make adjustments with the supplied materials. Took about 6 hours to complete and looks fantastic! On The day of installation, The temperature was 96° with the ," feels like" temperature around 104° with the humidity. But under the roof of the Pergalo, The temperature was 90° F AND the feels like temperature was 92° F. Needless to say, I'm very satisfied with the Pergalo.

Just finished assembling this and we love it. I will be honest, the assembly is tough and there are a lot of pieces. It took a couple of days to stain/waterproof the wood - make sure to look inside the main posts as there are quite a few smaller pieces tucked in there. Once you are ready to assemble, ask some friends over. We tried this with just the two of us and it is NOT recommended. We are using this as a carport and it is so much sturdier and attractive than the metals ones we purchased in the past. If we wanted to use it as a gazebo later on, simply move out the vehicles. I dare the Nebraska winds to knock this down!!
