Flavorful Rich Espresso Bean Coffee

The coffee is very smooth with a rich caramel flavor profile. It has a bold flavor without being bitter. It tastes a lot like a mild espresso and I love the flavor! These beans make an excellent cup of coffee. I highly recommend buying this. I just wish the bag had a ziplock seal.

Bold, Tasteful, and Delicious

The amazing and delicious aroma emitting from the unopened coffee bag and shipping package was the first indication of something special on the inside. The rich and bold smell of the coffee beans had my mouth watering the moment I opened the packaging. The beans looked and smelled amazing. The magic really happened after grinding and placing a couple of scoops in the coffee maker for the first cup. The end state was a nice rich, bold, and flavorful cup of coffee that definitely satisfies your tastebuds and much needed caffeine fix. If you want to take it up a notch, you can add the fresh grounds to your espresso machine for a shot or two to kick start or help you punch through the remainder of your day.

Quality is Amazing!

This espresso really good! My husband loves to make coffee and add a shot of espresso to it and he said the taste was very rich and it was better than the espresso he gets when he goes out. The bag is a good size not too big not to small and so far it has maintained its freshness. I like the beans better than it being ground already because it tastes fresh when you just grind it before you make.

Real coffee, dark and full flavored

IMHO whole bean coffee is the way to go, grind it yourself in small batches and brew it before it sits too long (even in a sealed container). These beans are dark black and just the right amount of oil; good fresh and not over-heated. The coffee is dark and rich in flavor (I use my espresso machine) it has very little bitterness to it and it is just dang good coffee. I can't attest to making it in a drip maker, but an espresso roast (for an espresso type bean) is worth the money!

Great choice

I recently purchased the Boyer’s Coffee Espresso Roast Whole Bean (2.25 lb) and it has quickly become one of my favorite everyday espresso beans. The 2.25-lb bag is a great value for the price, especially if you drink coffee daily or make multiple drinks at home. The first thing I noticed when opening the bag was the pleasant aroma. The beans smell rich and slightly chocolatey, with a deep roasted scent that hints at the bold flavor to come. The beans themselves look consistent in size and roast level, and they grind well in my home grinder without producing too much dust. Flavor-wise, this espresso roast is bold but not harsh. It’s a dark roast with a full body and a smooth finish, which makes it enjoyable both as a straight espresso shot and in milk drinks like lattes and cappuccinos. I noticed subtle nutty and caramel-like notes, and the flavor stays balanced without becoming overly bitter. According to the roaster, the blend is designed to deliver deep, toasty flavor while remaining smooth rather than burnt or acidic. Another thing I appreciate is the versatility. While it’s labeled as an espresso blend, it also works very well in a standard drip machine or French press if you adjust the grind size. That makes it convenient if different people in the household prefer different brewing methods. The large bag size also stays fresh longer than expected when stored properly in an airtight container. For the price and quality, it competes well with many grocery store espresso beans. Overall, this is a solid choice if you’re looking for a bold, smooth, and affordable espresso bean for everyday use. I would definitely buy it again and recommend it to anyone who enjoys a strong but balanced cup of coffee.

Cup of Espresso…

Boyer’s Espresso is a dark roast masterpiece. Thanks to high-altitude roasting, it delivers a bold, full-bodied punch with zero bitterness. Expect rich notes of dark chocolate and toasted nuts with a velvety crema. It’s remarkably smooth, whether pulled as a shot or brewed in a French Press. For a premium, cafe-quality experience at a great value, this is unbeatable.

Strong espresso roast for true coffee connoisseurs

These espresso coffee beans deliver a bold, dark roast that’s just on the edge of being too intense for my liking for drip coffee. However, this roast is amazing in milk-based drinks like lattes and cappuccinos, where the richness is cut a bit. Great choice if you enjoy a strong, full-bodied espresso with depth or plan to use for coffee drinks. Love the large sized bag!

Balanced espresso

I have a nice espresso maker, and am quite the picky espresso drinker. This blend is nice, not the best but still worth going a try. It’s a nice everyday espresso, well rounded and not too bitter. I liked it best in an iced latte, a little too harsh as a strait espresso or americano.

Good coffee, but brew it strong

Good coffee. Smelled good upon opening the bag. I brewed the coffee strong in one batch and weaker in another batch. When strong, it’s initially slightly bitter but mellows as it cools to a nice flavor. The weak batch was not as flavorful. I’d recommend brewing it on the stronger end of the recommended amount of coffee to water ratio.

Good product

This coffee smells and tastes amazingly very good. If you got a grinder, it isnt too hard to deal with. Good amount in the package. Im wondering about the price since you could find better quality since we recieved dark roast instead of medium.Thank you
