This has been a five star exp from the start. Great communication with the shipper. The detailed instructions were easy to follow. All the parts were there and every aligned perfectly making assembly easy. It did take us a couple of days but the end results exceed our expectations.

We bought this for our deck as we needed a bit of shade. It is absolutely perfect! We aren't that handy at putting things together but we accomplished it and are actually still married!!😂 It is very sturdy and just the right amount of shade we needed!

I bought the Saxony XL grill gazebo two years ago and assembled it by myself. If you are assembling it by yourself, I recommend assembling the roof on the top, unlike I did… This has withstood two winters in New England, with a lot of snow last winter. The Cedar wood remains very strong, clean (as advertised), and the overall product is very durable. This gazebo provides a really enjoyable way to cook in the outdoors without an outdoor kitchen. I recommend this to anyone looking for a nice entertainment/grilling area with the right space for it.

Excellent from all aspects. I did a one person assembly on concrete patio of the house which required some engineering up right supports. Great support replacing 2 missing brackets. Discover video after finish. The Power panel is great. Added soft ornate string lights, wi-fi socket and bug light. Super!

We bought the Saxony XL Grill Gazebo in July and due to vacations and other projects finally got it assembled and water sealed. It turned out beautiful and we are still trying to decide what lights we might want to add. It really adds character to our small space. As you can see in the picture we had to make some modifications due to the fact we Muslims have measured wrong somewhere. We had to put the little side bars inside but it still looks great and it works for us. Theo whole gazebo is very solid and I couldn't ask fo ag better plan. We are so happy with this purchase! It is extremely well made and everything fit together perfectly. There were extra bolts, nuts and washers of every size. We had 4 people to help assemble and it was completed in about 4 hours. Though doable, I think would be difficult for 2 people to do this so I would recommend at least 3. I also added a coat of stain before assembly and it is beautiful.

We bought the 12x24 version a few months ago and with only one hiccup of missing boards, which were promptly sent out to us, this went up so smoothly and is absolutely beautiful! Only suggestion is to make sure you use washers with all of the screws or you will have leaks! Overall, we were so happy with it, that when we saw the smaller version, we bought it to place our grill and smoker under and it's fantastic!! The quality and craftsmanship of the material is top notch! Highly recommend if you want to add outdoor living space!!

We bought our grill gazebo about a month ago and were able to put it together this weekend. It took us about six hours. Most parts lined up well, some needed “coaxing”. Overall we are very pleased with the results and love the way it looks on our patio. It is our second outdoor structure from Backyard Discovery.

The gazebo itself is fine and good quality; however I do not recommend Sam’s installation. I don’t know how they vet the companies but the company who did our installation was a joke. They initially sent ONE person to do the install. That person took it upon themselves to alter the gazebo in installation. The company had to order new parts and after probably seven trips to the house finally got it installed after a two month period. I purposely hired someone to have it done quickly and my husband and I could’ve had this done way faster had we not paid for installation. The final quality of the work is equivalent to what I would’ve done and I’m not a professional.

Greatly disappointed! This item was set for delivery yesterday. I received a text message stating it would arrive in 30 minutes. 2 hours later it had not arrived. I called customer service and was told the truck broke down but I would receive the item the next day on the 1st route 7am to 11am. I had not received and information for the delivery so I called customer service and was told I would not receive the item until 5 days later. I am beyond understanding WHY my item has to be delayed 5 days when it was 30 minutes to arrival time yesterday!
