And I must say I was lucky and glad the size I received was just perfect for my baby. I have used them day and night and have not had any blowouts (which I had previously with other brands often and hated) but not with these. When I change my son his skin even feels dry to the touch even if it's a really wet diaper it's like a barrier that keeps him dry. Which I love because I hate him having diaper rash and I feel so bad when he does but after using these for almost a week now (they ran out mid way through the week) we have no irritation at all.

I purchased "Skin Essentials" when my grandson ran out of his last size 3 of "Special Delivery" diapers! We have used "Special Delivery" since he was born & it's very disappointing that they decided to get rid of a perfectly crafted item (materials/softness/leakproof/excellent protection). Thank God we have larger sizes that were purchased ahead of time to use as he grows - but this is still disappointing. I am NOT satisfied with the quality of "Skin Essentials" These do NOT compare one bit to "Special Delivery". Skin Essentials are thin diapers, the materials are not as soft as "Special Delivery" and appear to be rougher and a bit abrasive to the skin/touch, and they are not leakproof. My grandson is changed regularly/even overnight - Skin Essentials did NOT provide the protection that we experienced with "Special Delivery" We have since then purchased and tried snug & dry, little snugglers & little movers as we prefer the Huggies brand over other diaper brands -Sadly, NONE of these meet the standard of diapering that we desire for our growing baby. PLEASE...PLEASE... PLEASE BRING BACK HUGGIES "SPECIAL DELIVERY"!!! I don't understand how as a company you discontinue the best diaper on your lineup of diapers. FIX THIS PLEASE!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am currently using these diapers with my newborn son that still has his ombelicus and just got circumcised and I am pretty pleased with it. They are soft and absorbent, he has yet to have a leak wearing them! I purposefully use size 1 even though he could use the newborn size just because of his circoncision (no rubbing). The Huggies fold really well, they are soft are the junction so overall satisfied. I wished they would offer size 1 with the pre cut for the belly button.

We have tried them all and let me tell you, I am EXCITED about the Huggies Skin Essentials diapers. I can’t even begin to articulate how soft these diapers are. Both the outside and inside are incredibly soft and smooth making it a product I am proud to have on my child’s skin. We have put diapers to the test with large poops and long stretches at night and are happy to report we have not had a single leak. The diaper is very secure where it needs to be, but allows for movement and ventilation. This diaper would work well for a child of any age and provide protection and comfort. We are very happy with this product and it will be our new go to brand!!

The color changing strip is really convenient to know when your baby’s diaper needs to be changed! Plus it’s got the super cute Disney Mickey ears pattern on it. It really is a heavy duty diaper and holds up well I didn’t have any problems with any leaks! Probably the perfect design for a diaper it has a liner inside “blowout blocker” so you don’t have any problems with crazy messy diapers in public or even at home! It’s super stretchy so you can insure your baby is comfortable and protect your baby from rashes. The absorbent strip is better in my opinion compared to other diapers and think every parent should try it out! Absolutely love these Huggies skin essentials and the fact it’s fragrance free and dermatologist approved!

I enjoy the Huggies brand as a choice for diapering my 6 month old but never tried this specific type; the skin essentials. They're softers and a little more stretchy than the regular diapers. So far they have passed the test of blowouts and saved my quite a few outfits. I am happy to have given them a try!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband and I almost exclusively purchase Huggies (specifically the movers and snugglers) due to bad experiences with other diapers (even the Huggies black and white Mickey Mouse box) with skin rashes and leaks. When I opened the pack I was nervous when I 1. Saw how thin they were and 2. Noticed they didn’t have the curved cuts like the other diapers. I am honestly shocked at how much these hold! We obviously don’t want our children sitting in dirty diapers, but with how thin they look and feel mixed with the leg cuts I didn’t think they would hold much at all. They have done really well. I do wish they had the curved cut where their legs go as I’ve noticed they help prevent blowouts and fit better around our little ones legs, but the other good thing about these diapers is how SOFT they are so I haven’t noticed any irritation in her legs. I also haven’t noticed any rashes or anything with how sensitive her skin is so that is obviously a huge positive. Don’t let them fool you!
