The products are very good and very beautiful, I am quite satisfied with the quality, the only recommendation and what makes me somewhat dissatisfied are the delivery times and delays, I currently have several orders placed with shipping guides generated for days but there is no movement in the package, for another order I paid express shipping and the days have passed, the shipping guide has not yet been generated and they do not give me an answer in support, I think it is an area for improvement

I just spent half an hour putting together one of these cups. After finding all EIGHT pieces (the cup, lid, silicone ring, teeny silicone stopper, square straw mouthpiece, flip straw mouthpiece, upper straw, lower straw), I nearly needed an engineering degree to put the mouthpiece and lid back together. The cup is too difficult to take apart as it is - it requires far too much force to get the upper straw and mouthpiece out of the cup. The instructions say to only remove them for a “deep clean” or replacement, but anything with liquid on it needs thoroughly washed after a preschooler uses it. It's just asking for mold to suggest to not wash all the parts each time. No cup should have nine pieces, and the small silicone seal is unbelievably small. These pieces are so small that I can't even stick them in the basket in my dishwasher that I use for bottle parts - they would simply fall through and disappear.

We really like this kids' water bottle. It's very sturdy, keeps water cold for a long time, and most importantly, it doesn't leak at all. The design matches our child's backpack perfectly, which they love. The only small downside is that the water comes out a bit slowly when sucking, so it takes a little more effort to get a good sip. Overall, it's a great, reliable water bottle and we're very happy with it. I received a sample product from the Bentgo Team in exchange for an honest review. I ordered a two pack of bentgo stainless steal water bottles this year for my 2 year old. I wanted a spill proof water bottle that wasn't plastic. This fit the bill beautifully! I am beyond impressed with the spill proof nature (both when open and closed). It is also easy to clean and keeps her water cold. Overall these are by far our favorite water bottles that we own. Leakproof. Seemed like a good product. Then the straw that is a bite straw began to come apart in pieces. Had to throw them away due to the deterioration. Hand washed each time. Also, nits very difficult to take apart and clean all of the pieces. Will have to find another brand.

We really like our bentgo water bottle! It is our go-to water bottle for school, gymnastics, and car trips. We like how durable it is, it has been dropped many times without a ding or a crack on the lid. We enjoy not worrying about it leaking in a bag because of its leak-proof design. Also the ease of putting it in the dishwasher is great! I received a sample product from the Bentgo Team in exchange for an honest review. All the thoughts and opinions are my own.

I bought these water bottles for my children in elementary school. They are a good size and keep water cold. I handwash the base and wash the lid top rack in the dishwasher. They are easy to keep clean and sanitary. The bottom gets dented from being dropped but that is to be expected with a metal water bottle. The only issue is with the rubber handle loop. It often comes off and on one bottle it is tearing. These are good water bottles that I would recommend with other Bentgo products. We love these cups for our kids! They keep drinks cold, durable, and don't leak!

The straws didn't have holes to suck anything out of.
