Hi leslie, Thank you for your feedback, and we're sorry to hear the Bentgo Kids Stainless Steel Water Bottle didn’t meet your expectations. We completely understand how frustrating it can be when something doesn’t work as expected. The design features an anti-choke bite valve with a slow-flow opening, which allows water to come out gently as little ones sip. This safety feature is meant to help prevent choking and make it easier for young children to stay hydrated—but we understand it may feel different compared to standard straws. We’d love the opportunity to learn more and see how we can help. Please reach out to us at (714) 668-0300 or support@bentgo.com so our team can assist you directly. Thank you, Jessica Bentgo Customer Support
