The folks at greenpan sent this with no directions...it's straight forward. Nope. I'm speaking to the waffle function only. The start/stop button you push it 3 times, I think, it picks when it wants to pre heat, in the middle of when your making waffles. You can't change the time despite a time knob and on the 1 setting, they are too brown. There are dashes under the time on the screen, a 1 setting has 4 dashes a 2 setting has 2 dashes...what does this mean.. No clue, they sent no directions. I tried both, can't figure it out, that's only when I can remember to push start at the proper time, each and every time. I guess the green pan folks don't have kids when they cook waffles.

Makes great waffles, easy to clean and store. The unit is truly non-stick, and waffles are delicious. We have a need for gluten free waffles, and we have been using a gluten free mix from Sprouts. We will try the recipe that came with the unit by substituting a gluten free flower.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love this thing! I'm throwing out the old waffle maker and indoor grill, and saving space with this all-in-one machine. The waffles are just the right size. And the panini grill press plates make regular sandwiches taste much more special. We're still finding new things to make with. Nothing sticks and it all cleans up nicely. I was a little overwhelmed with it at first because the instruction book is pretty big and I've never owned anything like this before. But it was actually easy to use and I don't think you can go wrong. In fact, I warmed up the waffle plates by mistake when making paninis. I didn't want to wait for them to cool down and switch them out, so I just made my sandwich in waffle mode. It turned out great. Thanks for such a wonderful product! Where has this been all my life?!

I also love that you can open it completely and lay it flat to use the entire surface as a griddle! Plus each side can be set to different temps!!!! Can’t wait to make waffles in this next!

I love how it gots three different plates you can grill , griddle or waffles it comes in use so you don’t have to be outside in heat. 10/10 recommend buying one of these if you haven’t.

The best part is the griddle is easy to clean so I am not deterred from using again and again. My panini’s came out looking like a restaurant. My food has heated evenly. The quality seems amazing. This is definitely a winner!

If I buy the small waffle maker I get regular and Belgian waffle pans. If I buy the big dog multi grill I can only get the Belgian waffle plates (the regular waffle plates aren't even an option I can buy as an accessory). So now I'm forced to buy the cheaper limited use smaller waffle Iron for both waffle options and NOT the more expensive 'elite multi grill' (which I would have bought in a second) as well as spend more money on some extra regular waffle plates (which I would have also bought). There was an opportunity here to make sense and take my money but that's not even an option. I'm mad enough about this I think I'll buy the Breville out of spite.

It has a very sturdy build and is easy to convert between a griddle, waffle maker and grill. The surface is smooth and makes clean up very easy. Easy to use and cooks evenly without burning food. I love that I am saving counter space with one machine. I definitely recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Elite Multi-Grill, Griddle & Waffle Maker from Green Pan is just what my family needed! We love breakfast food and frequenting our local diner. This griddle has allowed us to bring the diner home and cultivate more meaningful family moments cooking together. While we are using this multi-grill primarily for making pancakes and waffles, I've also enjoyed using it as a panini press. Come autumn I plan to use it for our grilled cheese and tomato soup dinners. The grill is pretty and looks wonderful on the counter. The grill has a top cover that conveniently locks in 4 different positions allowing for just the right amount of pressure. Additionally, its design allows for it to open flat creating a larger cooking area. There's also a nice one-touch sear control that makes getting the perfect finish on burgers, steak or grill chicken easy. One thing I really love is that the different plates that come with the grill are dishwasher safe so if you don't want to wash them by hand you can toss them in the dishwasher. I love this multi-grill is amazing and highly recommend. This would make a great gift!
