I bought this vacuum over a month ago for my wife. I asked her how she would rate it. . . She told me 17 stars and the best money I've ever spent. I'm guessing it's pretty awesome since I don't use it haha.

It does the job that it is suppose to do however the only issue I have with this model is...it is too heavy. If it were lighter it would rate five stars.

Totally surprised. Shark Rotator Professional XL lives up to its name. The best vacuum. I was amazed how it picks up dirt other vacuums won't. I rate this a 100% +. I will definately recommend to all family and friends.

Seems to be a great vacume and gets the job done as needed. Although it seems somewhat bulky and awkward to operate. This machine also seems to tip over very easily when in the shut down mode and just sitting.

I've had this for about 6 weeks and am extremely impressed. It's lighter weight, less clunky and works just as well, if not better than my $500 Dyson. I highly recommend it!

Just got it and used it a couple times, haven't emptied yet so can't comment on that. Great for smaller areas as it does have a small head. Good suction and easy to get around with.

Bought this Shark vacuum a couple months ago, not as a replacement, as an addition to the Shark I've had for several years. Both are wonderful vacuums and I'll never own any other brand.

Less noise and nearer to dust free than the last two Hoovers we have had. Appears to be more thought out for the user than others. Jury still out on how much trouble it will be to dump and clean out.

This vacuum has good suction but sometimes almost seems top heavy. The main thing I probably do not like about it is that you really can't get under furniture with it.

If you want a Dyson, check this out first. One of my co-works has one of these and a Dyson. She will grab the Shark before the Dyson. The construction is a bit less heavy duty, but the ease and the suction are amazing...
