This sucker is amazing. I bought a shark in 2009 and gave it to my daughter 5 years later. She still uses it today. And the Shark customer services has always been amazing. 2 months before the 5, yes5 year warranty expired the canister latch wouldn't catch right so I called and they sent me a brand new one, no questions. I love this vac and I love this company. 1st class customer service.

Owned a shark with attachments for a time prior to buying a new one no problem with SAMs but shark gives no indication at all that attachments are not interchangeable between any shark have a lot of handy attachments from old vacuum that will not fit old one need to furnish adapter which they do not

I knowing that I already have the Rocket by Shark and thought that nothing could surpass the power of it but was I wrong. The Rotator Pro. XL I think in some cases could possibly suck some people's flooring up, seriously. I have never seen a vacuum with so much power. Buy it and see for yourself.

I have a shark rotator professional and I love the way it deep cleans. Also, I love the fact that you wash the filter so it does not lose suction like other cleaners do. My daughter asked to borrow it and was so amazed at the power that I decided to buy her one for Christmas.

I own a house cleaning service and I have any workers that are independent contractors using the bathroom. They are the best vacuums they have ever used and I use them personally and my own home. I recommend this to everyone! Now that they ordered them anymore people ordered them but they can't get them at the same price that was offered on Cyber Monday which was $99. Bought this to replace our Dyson that we have loved. It is definitely not as functional as our Dyson, but it has great suction, great ability to do stairs, small places and use of the wand to do areas not on the floor. The biggest downfall to this vacuum is the weight of it - quite heavy, We really do like this vacuum especially for the price - $100 at Sams - and think it's well worth replacing our Dyson with this vacuum.

I bought this shark sweeper a month ago and turned around and sold it because it is to heavy. It has great suction and nice attachments but it weighs 22 lbs. I have since ordered a different model that weighs 14 lbs. honestly it was like a work out when I would vacuum the floor. Just way too heavy

I bought this about 6 months ago and it's a great vacuum! It sucks up the dirt, pulls up the pile nicely, and is small enough to fit between furniture without having to move stuff! The long hose works great and I like that the extras have places on the vacuum for easy access. The large container allows me to vacuum longer without having to stop to empty! Overall a nice vacuum, especially for the price!

We have a old Hoover windtunnel self propelled, been serviced. Thought it was working good until we vaccumed over w this new Shark,,amazing what it picked up however it's a workout to do the whole house! It's easy to maneuver & like hardwood /tile floor setting . Couldn't beat the price. Great value

Seriously, we have been using Hoover vacuum cleaners for many years and thought they were doing the job. Enter my son and new daughter-in-law who purchased a Shark vacuum, and they raved about how well it sucked up everything that was left behind from their former (not Shark) vacuum. Soon thereafter, our Hoover vac "bit the dust," so I searched on line for a Shark Rotator and found a good deal through Sam's Club. So talk about impressive! This sucker really is amazing at picking up debris that is embedded deep in the fibers of a rug and is equally effective on Italian-tiled floors. Even better, my husband is always amazed at the amount of stuff that this vacuum picks up, so he has happily taken over the chore of vacuuming every room in the whole house. What a priceless purchase!
