[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Being selected to receive the 23 cu. ft. Smart Counter Depth 4-Door Flex Refrigerator has been a true blessing. The style is stainless steel very modern and classy. Because of the 4-Door design, it has lots of space for storage and organization. Due to the rise in grocery prices, you're able to organize and not allowing food to go bad before using it. Something that would have made my life much easier during the peak of the Pandemic. Some of the features that stand out are the dual ice tray with the option of Dual Ice Maker the make nugget style ice and larger cubes. My family and I will put this feature to a great deal of use during the upcoming summer months. We live in Georgia and ice becomes your best friend during this time to keep your beverages cold. Speaking of beverages, the water pitcher is hidden in the door of the refrigerator. My fiancé is getting use to is because he prefers it on the outside. It is perfect for me with the extra layer of Covid-19 cautions needed, now you can't just walk in and fix a glass of water. The pitcher has an area to add fruit or tea for infused water. I also am a fan of the digital control panel. It allows for the exact temperature to be set. My old refrigerator had the knob that you twisted to adjust the temperature of both the freezer and refrigerator. So having this new feature is definingly at plus. When leaving the door open too long, there is a beeping sounds lets you know. Having this indicator is great when you have teenage nephews that stand with the door open like they are waiting on the food to just walk out. I am super excited to show off my new refrigerator, I even volunteered to host the next family gathering.

We converted the bottom right freezer to a fridge for our daughter and she can get any snack/food she wants from her section of the fridge. The dual ice maker is a nice feature as well. I'll use the larger ice for the cooler and the smaller ice for our drinks. Since we got this fridge we noticed that meat and veggies last longer because of the smart cooling feature. Also, the door alarm lets everyone know that someone forgot to close a door all the way. It's great! Overall, this is a great investment for the entire family.

I also really like the sliding shelves to store tall items. The automatic water refill is very nice as well. The side door shelves are nice a deep so you have lots of room for stuff.

We've had this fridge for about a year. The icemaker intermittently quits working, anywhere between 6-8 hours and days. This started about 4-6 months in. We've had service out 4 or 5 times now, but it takes days for them to show, and by that time, it's working again and we get hit with a service call fee for nothing. The last time it quit we called for an emergency call, doubling the price of the service, and again, before they showed, it started working. We purchased this fridge solely for the pitcher and it has honestly been a huge dissapointment. Research this fridge, as this is a VERY common issue. I would absolutely not recommend this product until they resolve future issues.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had a side by side and normally did not like French doors with a freezer on the bottom since getting things from the freezer was too cumbersome. Samsung fixed that issue with a great design. Their 4 door multiple drawers with easy access won us over.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The first thing I noticed about the Samsung refrigerator was its looks. I love the simple, orthogonal design. It's stunning while being understated. The interior glass and lighting is beautiful. I even love the tint of the plexiglass bins. The patterns in the glass are so cool. Refrigerator interior lighting is important. Our old fridge had lighting at the back, aimed toward the front, in your face. This setup blinds you and makes it really hard to see what's in the unit. This new one though has the lights at the front, aimed at the food. It's lovely; no glare. The organization and flexibility is awesome. I even love that it's counter depth, because then there aren't layers of food stuck in the back that you forget about and get moldy. We chose counter depth because it's located by three doorways. Our old fridge had a convex front plane and handles that stuck out, leaving 18" to pass through. The fact that the front facade of this one is flat makes so much sense and the lack of protruding handles is so nice - no more bruises from bumping into them. Some things we're still trying to figure out is ice and water production. We replaced our water line and the pitcher is still a little finicky - seems like the moisture sensor in the pitcher is over-sensitive. There are workarounds though. The ice is ok, but I haven't yet seen it completely filled. You also have to sort of push the left top door closed - there's resistance from the flap that turns, keeping a tight seal. I'm glad that flap is there but yeah the result is you can't really swing it closed and expect it to close. Not a huge deal. The doors are light weight which is ergonomic. It's very quiet, though you can hear the water intake kick on. And the alarm tones are nice to hear - not cacophonous. All in all, it's a great unit. We're so thrilled with it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this refrigerator a few months ago and I am very impressed. It is very quiet and very spacious. My wife loves the two types of ice it makes and the filtered cold water that is filled into the pitcher automatically. I like the idea of being able to switch 1 part of it between refrigerator and freezer. The freezer section holds a decent amount of products and the shelves are large enough to hold plenty of items.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The overall storage capacity was beyond what we had expected! The shelving adjustments and trap door make for storing anything neat and easy. My favorite feature is the water pitcher with cold fresh filtered water and two sized ice cubes to boot!! Having two separate freezer doors has also been a plus. Not only do you not have to open the whole freezer to get in it, you can control the temp on each side! The door shelves on both refrigerator and freezer are perfect dive and accommodate anything I've need to store from syrup bottles to tater tots! The stainless steel appearance also helps to brighten the kitchen up. The lack of door handles makes the area feel bigger around it as well. Definitely an upgrade from our old fridge and I probably will never go back to a side by side style fridge. The layout of the fridge also makes it easier to find your items without bending and digging to the back. I like not having to use lights at night because the fridge and freezer are both illuminated greatly. It's a soft bright light o it's easy on the eyes as well. The amount of noise reduction between this one and my old one when running or using the waters lines is amazing as well I like quiet! Overall great refrigerator.
