I just finished setting up my 24x12 Arcadia Gazebo. Overall it turned out great. Very happy with how it looks. The instructions are just ok, pretty easy to figure out once you get familiar with the parts. I took a star off because a few of the pieces had the holes pre drilled in the wrong spots. This is at least a 3 person job for some parts of it.

To complete my family's backyard transformation, we wanted to include a gazebo over our hot tub. After researching many different gazebo kits, we decided to team up with Backyard Discovery. We live in Northeast Ohio and get variety of weather. We were sold on this gazebo as it is PRO-TECT certified to withstand winds up to 100 MPH and 3,500 pounds of snow! Additionally, it came with a 5-year warranty and a power port so we could plug in our decorative lighting and eventually a small outdoor T.V. The Gazebo arrive quickly and well packaged. Assembly took us about 2 days, and we had 3 adults working on the project. The parts were well labeled, and the instructions were amazing!! Backyard Discovery not only provides normal paper instructions but, they utilize the BILT App which gives you 3D instructions as well as reads them aloud. The App also gives tips, tricks, and cautions during assembly. This was my first time using the BILT App and I am impressed. The assembled gazebo is very sturdy and is simply beautiful. Easy to assemble. No broken parts or missing pieces. After assembly i added an upper shelf and lights for nighttime grilling.

This kit went together with ease. The step by step instructions were easy to follow and every part and hardware were labeled correctly. My Saxony kit looks great.

We bought the 10x20 - not the easiest thing to put together, it might test your relationship with whoever you are working with lol. Once up, it's amazing! Looks great and very happy we bought it.
