Nice outdoor product!

Purchased this on sale for $900 off the gazebo. Purchased with the assembly. 
Gazebo arrived, however no contact from the assembler. Spent several hours on the phone with Sam's Club trying to find an assembler. After no success even after they supposedly reached out to vendor we requested a refund for assembly of $1220. We were told we would get it in 5 - 7 business days. Followed up after 8 business days and no refund. Sam's Club says the discount was on the installation and only wanted to offer $300 back.
The item is fine but Sam's Club and Vendor will rip you off on the assembly. Find somewhere to get it.

Getting scammed on assembly

We bought this a month ago and love it, added a run off gutter, installed a TV, installed patio lights, and started to decorate with signs, clock, ceiling fan, etc. Its real sturdy and anchored to the patio concrete. Would recommend to anyone considering a good product to purchase the Backyard Acadia.
