We absolutely love our 14x12 Arcadia gazebo. My husband and I set this up by ourselves. The instructions were impeccable. Although, you do need to have advanced DIY skills in order to tackle we took our time and were able to do it. Every detail was perfectly outlined. The kit itself was extremely high quality. The end product is beautiful and sturdy. We couldn’t be happier with it!

Purchased this on sale for $900 off the gazebo. Purchased with the assembly. Gazebo arrived, however no contact from the assembler. Spent several hours on the phone with Sam's Club trying to find an assembler. After no success even after they supposedly reached out to vendor we requested a refund for assembly of $1220. We were told we would get it in 5 - 7 business days. Followed up after 8 business days and no refund. Sam's Club says the discount was on the installation and only wanted to offer $300 back. The item is fine but Sam's Club and Vendor will rip you off on the assembly. Find somewhere to get it.

First they delivered it to our front driveway and did not let us know they were there. They blocked our car in the garage and we had to completely unload the boxes because they are too heavy for two people to move. The instructions are mostly pictures with little explanation and do not tell you what order to put some peices together. We discovered we were missing 2 pieces and when we contacted Backyard they said they would ship it out the next business day. 3 days later and it still has not shipped. We wanted to finish it over Memorial weekend but that didnt work because of missing parts. Also you will need at least 3 people to lift the roof up. 4 would be better. Finally I installed our gazebo on a patio that is sloped to drain water as most are. It would be nice if you could purchase extra plastic feet to allow the the gazebo to to be level. I had to fab a 1-1/2 inch cedar extension.

Please do not order this product for delivery, especially for shipping. I was given a delivery date of Thursday, 4/30. I waited all day and called for support after 6 pm. what a joke, they. sure took my $ fast. I've never been this disappointed before, and I'm 55. "Oh, I'm sorry, Mr Lambert, this is a large order delivery, no tracking info, shows out for delivery, phone agent says in a processing facility, this is ridiculous, they'll probably drop it tomorrow in the rain, I've been waiting almost a month. just beware to buyer.

I bought this because living in the Pacific Northwest it rains (a lot!) and I wanted an outdoor kitchen that wasn’t weather dependent. I’m really happy with how this turned out! The instructions were easy to follow and I put this together by myself in a weekend. The hardware was all good quality and there were plenty of extras, even though I didn’t need any, and I love that is made from real cedar. It seems durable and I think it’ll last me a long time! And it saved me thousands over my first plan of building my own shelter from cedar. This was a much better decision.

This review is actually of our XL Saxony Grill pergola…just finally finished installing last week. The pergola was easy to put together. Instructions were very clear, and 3d view was very helpful. My wife and I put as much as possible together in preparation for our sons joining us to connect the four posts and add the roof…it now houses our original outdoor kitchen. It is our 2nd Backyard Discovery pergola (you can see in the picture, behind the Saxony XL, our Arcadia Pergola, which we use primarily for concerts and movies). Next week we are putting together the smaller Saxony pergola to house a smoker and pizza oven. We LUV Backyard Discovery products!,

I bought and assembled my grill gazebo earlier this month. The kit was very well packed and came with all the necessary hardware including some extras! The directions were fairly easy to follow but you need to pay attention to the details in the pictures. I found it easier to build the roof structure and mount it before installing the roof panels. It was much lighter to lift with two people. Once installed, we added the roof panels one by one using two ladders. The gazebo looks great and is very functional. I have both my pellet grill/smoker and BBQ side by side under the gazebo!!

This gazebo is so beautiful! Everyone compliments on it! Assembly was straightforward, took two people and one day. Only thing I wish was an option is a cedar privacy wall.

Had this installed around 3 weeks ago and it has been a game changer. Everyone has been very impressed with its style and features. We purchased the assembly and they did a great job. 5 stars for product and assembly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just like many other reviews, assembly date was two weeks out then on the day of assembly, cancelled. So I do not know how the gazebo is because it is still in the box.
