This has completely transformed our backyard. We used to only be able to take our toddler out in the early morning or late evenings, but this gives us shade and makes our yard usable the way we always wanted it to be. My only regret is not having bought this sooner

We bought our grill gazebo about a month ago and were able to put it together this weekend. It took us about six hours. Most parts lined up well, some needed “coaxing”. Overall we are very pleased with the results and love the way it looks on our patio. It is our second outdoor structure from Backyard Discovery.

Assembly was at least a 3 person job over the course of a couple days. Helpful to put up temporary supports during connecting the walls together. We got the gutter and mosquito net also. This has been a wonderful addition to help shade our sunny concrete patio. Now we get to enjoy! The only issue we had was with the mosquito netting. They give 3/4” screws to attach the track which are too short to get aligned even with a longer bit. Highly recommend a magnetic bit or little fingers to get those rails up. It was by far the most fiddly part of the job.

This gazebo was the perfect size for our patio area. The quality is outstanding and the construction of it was not difficult but just time consuming. I completed it myself except for the front and back beams attachments. Added outdoor string lights and it's a perfect place to sit and relax.

First they delivered it to our front driveway and did not let us know they were there. They blocked our car in the garage and we had to completely unload the boxes because they are too heavy for two people to move. The instructions are mostly pictures with little explanation and do not tell you what order to put some peices together. We discovered we were missing 2 pieces and when we contacted Backyard they said they would ship it out the next business day. 3 days later and it still has not shipped. We wanted to finish it over Memorial weekend but that didnt work because of missing parts. Also you will need at least 3 people to lift the roof up. 4 would be better. Finally I installed our gazebo on a patio that is sloped to drain water as most are. It would be nice if you could purchase extra plastic feet to allow the the gazebo to to be level. I had to fab a 1-1/2 inch cedar extension.

Purchased this on sale for $900 off the gazebo. Purchased with the assembly. Gazebo arrived, however no contact from the assembler. Spent several hours on the phone with Sam's Club trying to find an assembler. After no success even after they supposedly reached out to vendor we requested a refund for assembly of $1220. We were told we would get it in 5 - 7 business days. Followed up after 8 business days and no refund. Sam's Club says the discount was on the installation and only wanted to offer $300 back. The item is fine but Sam's Club and Vendor will rip you off on the assembly. Find somewhere to get it.

I recently purchased the 14x12 Arcadia Gazebo and couldn't be happier—it's not only beautiful but incredibly sturdy and well-built. At 67, I assembled it myself with just a couple of simple braces I made, which speaks to how user-friendly it is. I was so impressed that I bought the 12x9.5 Arcadia to expand my patio setup. For anyone in the Midwest, especially Ohio, this is the perfect solution. The wind rating and snow load are exactly what we need for our harsh winters. I compared it to the options at my local big box stores, but they couldn't match the strength and specifications required for our climate. Backyard Discovery delivered exactly what I needed—highly recommend!

Had this installed around 3 weeks ago and it has been a game changer. Everyone has been very impressed with its style and features. We purchased the assembly and they did a great job. 5 stars for product and assembly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just like many other reviews, assembly date was two weeks out then on the day of assembly, cancelled. So I do not know how the gazebo is because it is still in the box.

The installation instructions were easy to follow and the quality of materials is very good. I built a 8x6 deck and the grill gazebo fits perfectly on top on it. With the addition of the grill gazebo I'm able to grill outside in any weather.
