Poor Lid Lock Design

Lid broke on 2 of my glass salad. Broke within a week of use. Now I can't find replacement.

Awful lid for a great glass container

Loved using this container but like the other reviewers, the lid broke within a few months. No replaceable parts which is disappointing!

Perfect for meal/salad prep

I have been using Bentgo salad containers daily for work lunches for years. I absolutely love them! I upgraded from the plastic containers to the glass bowls after years of use. The glass bowls keep my salads fresh and crisp while the dividers allow me to pack a variety of toppings. These containers are easy to wash and I love that they are microwave safe. I would give these 5 stars, but the latching mechanism easily breaks.

Love this container…but

I am on #2 of the class Bentgo Salad container! I get compliments and love how it’s glass in case you prefer something warm, it’s microwave safe! The only fall back is that the tab has broken on me.That would be the only thing that stops me from giving it 5 stars. What is nice is that the company will send a replacement so you can keep enjoying the product.

I purchased this product at the beginning of September and have use it every day for lunch at work. It is a great product. The only problem that I have had is the latch fixing the lid to the bowl has broken. Bentgo was extremely accommodating and replacing the product for me so I can continue to use it. My only suggestion would be to add an option when you register your product to take a picture of your receipt so you’re not asked to provide one should your product break. Often times consumers do not keep receipts after registering items. Thanks Bentgo!

Lid problems

Love the idea but lid keeps breaking!!

I love the glass container and top that separates my salad items. The problem I have is that on both of my sets the top has broken. I bought them at the same time. I’ve been using for a few months and I don’t run through the dishwasher so I’m not sure what the problem is but it must be with the construction since I’m not the first review stating that the tops have broken. I’m hoping they find a solution for this.

Tabs on Lid Break Very Easily!

Like another reviewer I saw here, I haven’t used my container very many times but the little tabs that hold the lid on broke on one side and now the lid is useless. Do not store this in separate pieces, always store it fully assembled as you’d use it! One wrong move and you’ll have a bowl without a lid.

Salad dream

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love love this. Coolest idea. High quality love that I have s separate container for my dressing no one likes soggy lettuce. Perfect size for all the goodies you want in your salad. This is a game changer for me and makes me want to eat more salad on the go
