I was coming to the page to double check if the glass is oven safe (it is yay!) then saw all the reviews about the container lids breaking and wanted to echo that. I bought the glass salad container duo almost a year ago. I really like them. I can carry my lunch and all my snacks for the day in one tidy package. BUT about 5 months in one of the snaps started falling off all the time (annoying but whatever) then the whole arm broke off from the top ugh. I reached out about a replacement lid and they said they can only replace the whole unit resulting in 2 lids and 3 sets in my cupboards. Now 10 months later the other lid broke in the same way. I know they are still under warrantee but I don't want a 4th set taking up room in my cupboard, I just want a lid. I'm really hoping this is a nudge to add solo lids to the replacement inventory. Also guess long term plans to improve the lids would be really helpful.

I work at a school where there is nothing nearby to eat for lunch. So, I find myself packing lunch most days. It's nice to not have to carry a bunch of containers for all the components of my meal. The lid is great for soup and the large glass container makes it easy to pack a variety of meals. The compartments are spaced just right for portion control, and I love the container for sauces. I'm a little sad the snap to my lid broke a month in, but it was no problem reaching out and getting a replacement, so I don't even mind.

Love the idea of the separate containers but unfortunately the hinges on the lid are weak, and have now broken twice. The first time it happened, they sent me a full replacement. Unfortunately cannot recommended as it's not as useful without the sealed lid.

I love these lunch boxes so much that I purchased a second one! It's so easy to divide my lunch portions. Salads/cold sides on the top and the things that need to be microwaved in the bottom. Love this lunch box, easy to wash in the dishwasher and microwave friendly!

I used this product only one time and the latch on the lid has already broke. Never seen this issues with other glass lunch boxes I used in the past. Poor quality with the lid and replacement lid is not available for sale as well to give it another try.

I have been using Bentgo salad containers daily for work lunches for years. I absolutely love them! I upgraded from the plastic containers to the glass bowls after years of use. The glass bowls keep my salads fresh and crisp while the dividers allow me to pack a variety of toppings. These containers are easy to wash and I love that they are microwave safe. I would give these 5 stars, but the latching mechanism easily breaks.

I've been using the salad bento box for 8 months so far. Bought two but one of the caps was broken. I contacted the company and emailed the pictures and they mailed me a new one since it's still under warranty. I prefer using glass bowls instead of plastic ones so I expected it should be heavy, which is fine for me. Overall I like it very much!

I have 2 of these glass containers and use them in rotation. The compartments have inspired me to play with lots of different salad ingredients, multiple textures and flavors, that, being kept separate - don't turn a lunch salad into mush! I also love the way they fit perfectly into my Bento lunch bag! And so easy to clean!

I had four of these and am down to one that's working. All of the little parts of the lids disintegrate after about three months even following hand-wash only directions. I'm not going to waste my time trying to spend more money on replacement parts. Worked great, while it worked. Sadly seems like it's just one more built to break product. And calling them ‘dishwasher safe' when 4/6ths of the product is hand-wash only is intentionally misleading. Just a matter of time before I'm down to zero.

This is my all time favorite salad bowl! It holds a large salad, tons of toppings and is super easy to clean. I was completely bummed when the hinge to the snap closure broke. But Michael came to the rescue and quickly replaced my bowl. The process was super simply and very quick. Thank you Michael for saving my favorite salad bowl!
