I went on the special k ceral diet and followed it to a T, and lost close to if not more than 100lbs. I went from a size 22/24 to a size 8/10 and regained my health. Due to the cereal and learning how to portion my food, etc. i was able to maintain that healthy lifestyle. I now eat mostly cornflakes, but i will always have a special place in my healthy heart for special k bc it helped me take my life back and regain control of my eating, my health and wellness, and live a much happier and healthier life.

No big surprise to share them with my kids, who like them too, but the Berry wonderful addition of the red berries gives them a nice and sweet little addition with not too much added sugar and makes them even more appealing to my kids. The pink milk at the bottom of the bowl is an added win for them!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I always have a box of special K in the house. I can be prediabetic and still enjoy it's sweet taste. The vitamins and minerals are an added bonus. Have loved special K since I was a kid and the new varieties made it better. My kids also love it. It's a win win for us.

I don't believe the last box I bought had even one red berry in it. Very disappointing! None of the boxes I've bought lately are: "bursting with red berries." I've been buying freeze-dried strawberries in order to take up the slack. Are you in cahoots with the freeze-dried strawberry companies? I would add images, but the site is not allowing it. I hit 'Add Images', but it doesn't do anything.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Mornings are not my best time. I drag myself into the kitchen, start the coffee, and reach for the Kellog's. And then it happens. I pour Special K Red Berries into a bowl, add milk and voila! The nutty crispness of the flakes, the slight sweet tang of strawberries, the cold milk and the aroma of coffee sets me right for the day. And sometimes, in the evening, I might even treat myself to some yogurt mixed with Special K Berries for a special snack. Come to think of it, all the flavors of Special K are fabulous. Autumn always calls for Special K Vanilla & Almond. I dust it with a little cinnamon and enjoy the change of season.

This is my favorite cereal, and I buys 3 to 4 boxes at a time. I get offered a free hot breakfast daily, but prefer my Special K. My last 2 boxes have been disappointing however. One box had 3 strawberries. And the other box had 1. And a piece of 1.Not even sure if I want to open box number 3 tomorrow.

I have expanded my horizons and found other ways to enjoy and other times of day. Yougart topper adds crunch to smooth texture. Ice cream called out for a serving with whipped cream! Bananas peeked out around the scoop making it a banana split. And plain oat meal has never been the same since the cereal was crumbled on top. My husband prefers blueberry. All I want you to know is that this has come a long way in my 73 years from plain corn flakes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have Special K Red Berries every week day and many weekends. It's a very low calorie and low sugar breakfast that with a cup of unsweetened vanilla almond milk is just 170 calories. And it tastes great and keeps me going until lunch.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been enjoying Kellogg's cereals for as long as I can remember. As a child eating Fruit Loops, Apple Jacks Fra osted Flakes. Now that I am getting older, my health priorities have changed. Kellogg's Raisin Bran and especially Kellogg's Special K with Red Berries are now my go to cereals. Special K with Red Berries is a delicious and nutritious cereal. I enjoy this cereal very much and would recommend it to everyone. Thanks Kellogg's for always being a part of my life.
