Well made! Honestly too many bells and whistles and too bulky for a backpack. It’s like a small suitcase for a 7yo. The water bottle pocket is too small for the similar water bottles we have. We just don’t need three strap and handle options. I’d rather buy a sleeve with a slot pocket for an ice pack.

Too bulky

It's a pretty decent bag that can hold both the smaller plastic Bentgo lunch boxes and also the larger metal ones. There's an inside mesh zipper pocket for a thin ice pack and the bag seems insulated. My only complaint is that it would be nice if it had a clear plastic pocket where you could slip a business card sized card with your kids name on it. Tape just doesn't seem to stick to the fabric so we end up writing the child's name on it with a permanent marker which isn't great when you want to hand it down to someone else later.
