I have this item primarily in my car to bring up items to my apartment after going to Sam's. I think it is pretty sturdy, but I would not trust it with heavier items. I like that it folds away to save space and is easily popped up to hold items. Would definitely recommend this if you live in an apartment or have to bring groceries up the stairs.

I love these crates. I have 4 of them. They're sturdy and they collapse and take up little room. I will be buying more.

Makes a great case for carrying bulk items in the car. I have put up to 24 cans of canned food in with food on top when shopping for bulk items. I like how I can collapse it down to save space when it's not in use.

We use these for groceries right from the store to the car and carry right into the house they hold a lot and do it well. The fact they fold to store is great as well.
