The cushions are pretty firm making it feel somewhat stiff. I like that the fabric is a stain resistant material. The built in storage is a huge win!

I wish I wouldn’t have bought this. It is very hard like sitting and laying on bricks and the arm rest are way to short. For the money you spent on this it should sit and lay a lot better and softer but it doesn’t Don’t buy it!!!!

I bought this during their black Friday sale. It looks very nice, but it is as hard as a rock. I thought it might soften up after some use, but it has not. Also the cushions on the seat portion do not remove which makes it difficult to clean.

It’s a classic styling, very firm but also comfortable, I needed a sofa bed for my kids when they’re home from college, but I don’t like sitting on a sleeper sofa. This thing does that and is still comfortable.

Just got this , we can’t wait till football season to start so we can all enjoy it . I love that it is a firmer seating , because I hate saggy cushions . It looks sleek and modern. Exactly what we were looking for .

I received this about 5 days ago. The bracket on the chase storage area is broke, so it just hangs when you pick it up. The pull out bed does not want to go back in and is not straight. The couch is as hard as a rock and so uncomfortable.

This comfortably seats my whole family with ample sleeping space on the cozy pullout bed! The fabric is luxurious while being strong enough to handle jumping kids! I love the huge storage compartment, which holds blankets, pillows, board games and more. The sectional is roomy with ample space for sitting or lying down but it not monstrous in size. Just right!

This is really comfortable. It's fairly firm (which I prefer) but still soft enough to be very comfortable. You're not going to just sink into this one because it's too soft. The pull out bed is very easy to use, spacious, and won't leave you cramped. It's long enough for very tall people and wide enough to roll around and not fall off. Overall a great product.

I loveeee the size of this couch. The width and openness is what I'm looking for in a couch. It's comfortable too! I'd probably purchase it in a different color though. I'm not a huge fan of the gray, but then again, I'm not a homeowner so I'm not sure what I'd want.

This couch is great! It has a nice high back with good support. It is firm but comfy. The pullout slides out super easily and is definitely more comfortable than your regular sofa bed. It is also nice that it fits into the couch to create one huge bed!
