DO NOT SHOP AT BEST MATTRESS. This place will take your money!! I went with a mattress here and in total spent almost 5K. I was told that if I didn't like my mattress, I could exchange it within 30 days. The mattress arrived and immediately I noticed it felt COMPLETELY different and stiffer from the one I tried. I bought the matching protector with it, but after a couple weeks I was too uncomfortable and decided to exchange it with a similar mattress. The deliverers came to pick it up but they would not take it due to it being "stained." This was supposedly a new mattress paired with a quality mattress protector that I have only had for a couple weeks!! They came to the apartment without a new mattress, had dirty shoes without foot covers on, and dirty gloves. They came in without a purpose to deliver a new mattress. They refused to do the exchange that they promised me due to the stain that I have never seen. I am stuck with this mattress that was 1- sold to me already used or 2- stepped on by the delivery drivers. I have been treated HORRIBLY by customer service when I paid good money for this mattress. This company is only out to get your money and will not help you.

The firstKing mattress sagged where each of us slept after 3 months (180# each). Got replacement and this also has sagged and results in uncomfortable sleeping. Feels like sleeping in a hammock. Sterns and Foster will not help as we bought from "Mattress Firm". So I guess they dont care about their reputation or quality of this product. I am extremely unhappy with my $ 3000 purchase.

We compared & contrasted numerous bedding options, & are thoroughly delighted we went with this Stearns & Foster Studio Collection Medium Tight-Top mattress along with an adjustable S & F platform. We did not have a clue how bad our old mattress & box spring was for our health! My husband, with sleep apnea, is finally getting good solid nights' of rest. I also am feeling much more rested. For those who don't find memory gel mattresses comfortable, like us, you'll love this mattress!

It's so unbelievably comfortable. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For the past couple years, I've used several other mattresses that haven't given me any support for my body, therefore my quality of sleep has been terrible, needless to say. When I was given the Stearns & Foster Studio Medium Pillowtop Queen Mattress for free, in exchange for my honest review, I was pleased to do so. The mattress was firm but not so much that I couldn't feel the softness of the tufts. I must say I slept very well the first night and noticed a difference in my sleep immediately. I like how thick the mattress is and it works well with the current queen boxspring I already owned. My only complaint is how deep the tufts are in the top of the mattress. I can feel them in certain areas on my body more than others when I lay on the mattress. Overall, I would recommend this product to others and am over-the-top pleased with the mattress.

I was not able to test this mattress so I relied on the manufacturer rating to make my purchase decision. So, on a scale of 1 to 10 (with a 10 being the most firm), this mattress was rated (by the manufacturer) at a medium comfort level between 4 and 5; however, it feels more like a very firm 8 or 9. Unfortunately, I don't think this unexpected extra firmness will work well for a side sleeper like myself. My advice would be to make sure you can test this mattress yourself and do not rely on the manufacturer's rating to make your purchase decision. My only hope is that, ove time, it will soften enough so I will be able to "comfortably" sleep on my side.

Found this bed to be quite uncomfortable and painful, which is fine, because I was told I would have a hassle free return. WRONG. I put in my request for a return on 6/26 and still no pick up (and the customer is to pay for shipping so why is it so difficult?)!!!!! I talk with customer service and they are rude and keep pushing out the dates on when to expect a response even though I have repeatedly told them how upset and frustrated I am by this. Hopefully, I can dispute the charge from the bed with the bank because I am pretty sure their return is a scam. Also, they keep saying how slammed they are and it makes you wonder, why so many returns? Better to look elsewhere!

Unfortunately after 3 months our mattress started sagging in the center on both sides. Stearns recommended that we rotate the bed and "the indentations will even out over time." We then rotated our mattress every 4 months and one year later the mattress is unusable. I only weigh 125lbs and my husband is 165lbs. We have a steel base with rigid cross bracing. They would not warranty the bed due to the slats not being 3" wide.

Not only is this the most beautifully designed mattress, but it is also some of the best nights sleep I have ever had. I love the comfort of a pillowtop mattress, but I needed more support for my back. With this Medium support pillowtop mattress I can now have both. The pillowtop contoured to my body giving me the best comfort and the support was not too firm and not too soft. It was perfect. I can wake up and not have soreness in my back and that is huge for me. The mattress has a ventilated cooling system that helps to keep your mattress cool all night long. The coils have responsive innerspring technology that prevents noticeable movement from your partner so you can have a more uninterrupted sleep. My husband does toss and turn in his sleep and I didn't notice his movements at all while sleeping on this mattress. I was able to get a good nights sleep and woke up feeling refreshed and ready to go. I haven't felt this well rested in years. I am very happy with this mattress and I would definitely recommend it to all my family and friends.
