I've had this specific model for 4 years it's a very durable backpack. The 1 star reviews don't understand the quality of a Tumi and shouldn't be writing any reviews without owning one. If you are looking at this review, this backpack is a business traveler's best friend. I was just looking for a replacement as mine was stolen and so happy to see that Sam's Club now carries this particular model and color.

My husband and I both got one and we Love it! It carry’s a lot and laid out very well. We like the different compartments- makes it to grab what you need quickly. The way it fits over your suitcase handle is great! Easy to manage and access what you need easily. It’s well made and worth the price! I’m sure it will last us along time and we travel A lot!

Why would you allow people who never bought the backpack to post? These folks obviously have no clue as to what they are looking at. My Tumi have traveled with me all over the world and has held up. If you want cheap, buy cheap but please don't comment on what you would or wouldn't pay. This bag isn't expensive to me and well worth the money.

I’m laughing at the other reviews because people are clearly not familiar with this brand. It’s not Members Mark. Yes it’s expensive and no you don’t have to buy it. But do your research before you leave a negative review!!

I've had this bag for almost 10 years. Fantastic bag and price for $400. durability is outstanding. all the other 1 star reviews are clearly people who don't know the band... yes it's a premium luggage and bag company.

Tumi makes the highest quality backpacks. There is a reason you see frequent, serious, travelers with them.

It is TUMI, the best quality! Lifetime warranty and they truly stand behind it.

No way that is the right price. I had to look at the details just to see what could possibly make it that valuable. Battery pack? Wi-Fi hotspot? Refrigerated compartment? “Follow me” mode? NOPE.

There is no way this backpack is almost $500! Those five star reviews can't be real either. The its a Tumi review made me laugh so hard.

That price better include the laptop!
