The flavor is good, the garlic and onions aren't overpowering which can sometime happen in some sauces; it also doesnt leave a weird aftertaste. This sauce is fresh tasing and delicious. This suave is great for quick weekday meals.... I am giving Classico Tomato and Basil Pasta Sauce four stars, because I personally prefer the Classico Classic Tomato Sauce.

When I turn to store bought pasta sauce, I grab Classico first. I cook once in awhile for work and everyone loves pasta in some fashion and this is green to mix with the garlic and basil@and add in some Italian meatballs and its a quick meal that feeds an army. Another plus is that their jars are mason jars and since these canning jar shortage, these are perfect for canning.

Best sauce out there for spaghetti for lasagna for stuff shells for pizza you name it Classico is where its at I have stocks of the years because they are delicious you can use it for almost anything I even use it for a chili-base ! I always grab a pack of these when I make a visit to Costco. Their sauce is a perfect base for my spaghetti nights. I end up adding ground beef, onions, garlic and italian seasoning to jazz it up. The only thing is that I always have to add extra salt, but that's my preference. I would definitely recommend this sauce.

Classico is a decent brand of pasta sauce. It is not as sweet as other brands, which I prefer. I use it often to make spaghetti. It could use more spices but what brand doesn't? It's very easy to add your own and I like that this one in particular has a very herby taste.

I use 2 jars of this in a recipe called, "Frank Sinatra's Meatballs," It makes a wonderful sauce mixing the meatballs homeade, and pre=baking them in the oven! We make meatball sandwiches the next day, with the leftovers, and still have sauce for spaghetti!

I love this sauce! It doesn't contain a lot of added sugar, has whole ingredients, chunks of tomatoes, and is decently priced. I've used this sauce in pasta dishes, and also on pizza's. I would recommend trying this sauce, it blows all the others out of the water.

Our family loves spaghetti, especially my boys. We usually make spaghetti for dinner. And Classico Tomato Pasta Sauce is out best choice to make the dish more delicious. The texture of this pasta sauce is great. It saved my time because I do not need to buy fresh tomatoes to make spaghetti or pasta sauce. All I need is just pour the sauce into the stove, put some beef meat and some salt, sugar, pepper… and our family can enjoy delicious dinner together.

Good basic sauce and the basil gives it a nice flavor. I found that in comparison to other Classico sauces I had to use additional spices to get this sauce to my liking. I would purchase again, but would choose a different flavor combination if available.
