We are not loyal to one brand of pasta sauce, we usually choose based on what is on sale. That being said, Classico sauce is a good one. We have tried most flavors and varieties of Classico sauce. They have a good consistency and excellent flavor. You can kick it up a notch by adding a bit of brown sugar, garlic or herbs to your sauce before heating. I would definitely repurchase.

Our family loves spaghetti, especially my boys. We usually make spaghetti for dinner. And Classico Tomato Pasta Sauce is out best choice to make the dish more delicious. The texture of this pasta sauce is great. It saved my time because I do not need to buy fresh tomatoes to make spaghetti or pasta sauce. All I need is just pour the sauce into the stove, put some beef meat and some salt, sugar, pepper... and our family can enjoy delicious dinner together.

Good basic sauce and the basil gives it a nice flavor. I found that in comparison to other Classico sauces I had to use additional spices to get this sauce to my liking. I would purchase again, but would choose a different flavor combination if available.

I really prefer homemade sauces and usually it doesn't take much time to make a simple sauce from scratch if I use canned tomatoes to start with. It's not always an option though. My husband lived in Italy for a few years and can be very picky about tomato sauces as well so finding good convenient ones is a little trickier. The first thing I look for in a jarred sauce is that it's not too sweet. A lot of jarred sauces suffer from too much sugar so you can't taste all the flavors of the sauce itself, much less what you put it on. So I look for ingredients similar to what I'd use. This sauce is made from tomato puree, diced tomatoes, onions, salt, basil, garlic, olive oil and other seasonings in trace amounts. Pretty close to what I put into mine except I'm also nuts for oregano. There are nice sized chunks of tomatoes in the sauce and it's liquid enough. The flavor is good, the garlic and onions aren't overpowering and it doesn't have that off taste that some sauces can have. It does taste pretty fresh. It's great for quick meals. Poured over chicken breasts and topped with cheese, or baking fresh ravioli in it are two of the meals my family makes when I can't cook. We always keep a couple jars on hand for that reason. It also makes a decent pizza sauce when my daughter wants quick pizzas.

This Classico tomato and basil pasta sauce tastes good I used to buy it all the time until I started buying Prego pasta sauce theres nothing wrong with the sauce I really do enjoy the taste its just my family doesnt care for it like I do but I do recommend this product

This sauce is great and its the only canned sauce I will use! Growing up in an Italian family this is the one store bought sauce that we all approve of! You can use it for pasta and for meatball subs! This is also definitely my preferred flavor but my husband also quite enjoys the vodka sauce as well!

The flavor is good, the garlic and onions aren't overpowering which can sometime happen in some sauces; it also doesnt leave a weird aftertaste. This sauce is fresh tasing and delicious. This suave is great for quick weekday meals.... I am giving Classico Tomato and Basil Pasta Sauce four stars, because I personally prefer the Classico Classic Tomato Sauce.

Classico Tomato and Basil Pasta Sauce is our family's favorite store-bought red pasta sauce. This flavor has enough kick that my husband and I enjoy it, but it is mild enough that our three young children gobble it right up too! Anytime we see it on sale, we always stock up!

I enjoy this brand of pasta sauce. Always tasty. I like the variety of flavors this one being a common one I purchase. I usually try to wait till they go on sale and stock up. The flavor is really good, price and value is good. I will continue to buy this brand.
