I had an amazing experience with Bentgo's customer service! My Bentgo lunch box had a broken front part that helped with opening and closing, and I reached out to customer service to see if I could purchase replacements of that part. Not only did they respond quickly, but they went above and beyond by shipping me a whole new Bentgo product free of charge! I was blown away by their generosity and kindness. I truly appreciate the effort they put in to make me a happy customer. Thank you so much, Bentgo!

This is my teens favorite lunchbox, it hold the perfect amount of food without it looking babyish. Love that it’s leakproof and we can get extras trays for it. However, the latch broke we were bummed! (Minus 1 star only for that) But they have amazing customer service and are sending a replacement! Very happy with the product and service all around!

I have four of these boxes for each of my kids, and I have been packing their lunches in them every school day for the past few years! They are super durable, and really are leak free! I love that I can chose to use the divider or take it out, the flexibility to be able to pack different types of food make these boxes versatile. The colors are fun, too! They do great in the dishwasher, and the rubber seals are holding up great! I really do love these lunch boxes!

I bought this Bentgo for my son, & he absolutely loves it! It’s the cutest thing seeing him want to make his own snacks & actually eat them because he’s not a big eater! I’d say it’s a 10/10 great quality & all! GET YOU ONE!

All three of our kids have these and we love them! They are extremely durable and offer a fun way for the picky eaters to “not have all of their food touching”! I love that I do not have to buy plastic sandwich baggies that clog our landfills.

This lunch box works great for my kids lunch! It keep the food separate so liquid from one side doesn’t get in the other side. When my daughter broke one of the latches (by closing the box on it) customer service was quick to help
