This has been a fantastic lunchbox for my son. Unfortunately he accidentally dropped it and it cracked the corner to which the side became unattached. I called to see what could be done and they very nicely offered a one time courtesy to replace. Very nice customer service, thank you!

We have the Bentgo Fresh box for our kids and the lid for one of them snapped. We had registered the warranty and contacted customer support who happily took care of the issue for us. It was smooth and they went above and beyond. The reviews speak for the products. Very very happy and highly recommended.

I have several Bentgo boxes from the smaller sized up to this one. They are very sturdy and hold up well to my kids who aren’t the easiest on things. I reached out to the customer service line asking about replacement parts and they were very prompt and replied back quite quickly.

We use these lunch boxes daily for our two children, and they are the perfect size for a range of lunch options. Everything is kept separate and doesn't turn into a mess being tossed around in their book bags. The included divider is helpful when sending a more "snack plate" style of lunch - we use silicone cupcake liners to keep smaller items isolated within the smaller top portion of the large section once the divider is in.

I use Bentgo boxes for all three of my elementary school kids. They are able to open the box easily and each fits nicely into a lunch bag. When one accidentally threw away a divider piece at lunch, Bentgo was responsive and helpful in replacing it. Very happy with the product and customer service.

We bought these for our 9 and 6-year-old daughters to pack healthier school lunches. Love the leak proof compartments! Our kids always get positive comments. Be careful not to lose the divider in the trash like we did :) Customer service responded immediately to send a new one.

I bought these Bentgo lunch boxes and they hold up! We’ve tried the knockoff bc of the price but I learned the hard way because I ended up throwing the knock off in the trash after only a couple of uses. I finally caved and voila! They’re the best! I don’t have to worry about staining, smelling, not keep the food warm or cold and light weight which is a plus! I would never go back to any knockoff lunch box! Do yourself the favor and invest in these ! Mom approved!!!!❤️❤️❤️

Whole sandwiches fit nicely in the Bentgo Fresh's big compartment. Perfect for my 6 year old. It doesn't leak and is easy to wash. Bentgo customer service can't be beat. They are very responsive and accomodating. I won't buy any other brand. Worth the price

Bought my first Bentgo boxes in August for school. I had bought nearly every lunch box imaginable in the last 10 years hoping to find something that would hold up to everyday usage and be easy to clean. Bentgo boxes are the unicorn of lunch boxes! Highly recommend. Years

I bought 4 of these for my kids ages 7-14 at the beginning of the school year and I will say it is worth EVERY. SINGLE. PENNY! This lunchbox has already paid for itself in the amount of ziplock bags I would buy or those “pre packaged lunch size snacks” these lunchboxes make it so much easier to pack healthier lunches for my kids and I love how sustainable they are for the environment! I’m forever going to be a Bentgo customer as their customer service is outstanding! Their warrantee truly backs them up. They also make great for road-trips as it makes for a great little “tray” If you don’t have a Bentgo box or on the fence you should just go ahead and click the add to cart button now bc you will not be disappointed! Highly recommend going on Pinterest and looking up all the fun ideas to make lunches healthier for your kiddos! Not only that but Bentgo sends a monthly or weekly email of ideas and recipes too!
