I ordered two cabinets. So far, one arrived with a dent on one of the door panels. We have not finished unpacking and assembling the other. Make sure you have plenty of workspace and time to assemble the storage cabinet. I regret not ordering a cabinet that was already assembled.

The customer support from Sams Club is abysmal. Overseas with people who clearly can speak English but has no ability to understand English

Really nice Cabinet you just have to take your time putting it together. Holds a ton of stuff. It does take about four hours. I had a professional put mine together and it was still four hours but it looks great and I’m really enjoying it.

Very nice cabinet, took a few hours to assemble. Customer service from the manufacture was excellent they sent me 2 new panels that were damaged via FedEx.

Pretty amazing cabinet. Once fully together it’s very strong and looks amazing . Only thing is they could provide more screws as one snapped. Other then that great product

Nice cabinet. Took a few hours to put together but had very good instructions. Since it was shipped from CA to PA, it did have a couple small dents but still useable. Ships in two boxes (each box weighs over 100 pounds). Would buy again.

I love the cabinets. I purchased 3 cabinets and they were all missing screws and 1 a small part. It took 2 weeks to get the screws. When you call Seville they will not answer and tell you to call back. I had to do everything through email. The predrilled holes were always correct and easy to put the screws in. It even comes with the tools. One other problem I had was that all 3 came dented. You can hammer out most of the dents and they were on the sides. The only problem was the doors. I had 2 doors damaged and you can't hammer the thin metal on the doors with the ridges. They were damaged in shipment. The boxes had holes and dents all over them. It would have been a lot worse had they not been packed as well as they were.

Constructed much better than other units I have seen/used. Has insets instead of sheet metal screws. Takes a little put together but well worth the effort. Looks great in my garage and if I need one I will definitely buy another. Packed well. arrived with no damage at all, all parts fit as deigned.

I just bought a new cabinet and I really like it. It's really big and it fits perfectly in my garage. It is really steady all around. The shelves are really strong. The only thing you need to remember is that you have to put it together. It comes in two boxes and it has a lot of pieces, really al ot of pieces. Read the instructions!!! Other than that it is really a nice cabinet and the price was good . I recommend this cabinet.
