seems ok for now, I do not have much weight in it. I would like to order more shelves. I purchased 2 cabinets and both were delivered damaged. I bent them back into place, but it made installation a little more difficult. Extremely difficult directions to follow with small photos and horribly named parts.

Product is great. But three dented parts because the packing you use is not sufficient. I had to contact you for one part that was clearly bent, then found another two dented parts while putting it together that I will just have to live with. Charge more and get better packaging. Your have low reviews on Trustpilot for this very reason.

So I purchased this cabinet. When received the left top door was dinged bent up hating to send back, my friend said it’d be okay after we built it the doors don’t close because of the dinged door! I’m so disappointed paid a lot for this cabinet! It’s difficult in my garage hinders the parking of my car! So sorry I didn’t send it back! Waste of money! Doors very thin metal

We use the storage cabinet in the garage. Besides looking nice, it is sturdy and closes tight so no dust can get in. We were afraid that we may not be able to lift it. It does take 2 people. It came in 2 boxes. We spread all pieces around and put it together a little at a time. We put together in 2 days.

This is the second set of cabinets weve gotten from Seville and they are great. They are the best looking of cabinets but more importantly: They have the best assembly instructions Ive ever seen on a product. These arent IKEA type insturctions. They are clear and sequential. Not to say that assembly wont take some time - but the finished product is exceptional.

I was reluctant to order this cabinet after reading many of the reviews. I ordered three. After waiting a considerable amount of time waiting for delivery, they were dropped in my driveway with no notice. They were left overnight for anyone to take. The boxes were severely damaged. As expected, when I opened them four panels and multiple shelled were damaged. I understand that things happen, and on occasion thing get damaged in transport. However, this seems to be common place with these cabinets. Of course Sam's Cub refers you to the manufacturer, which is a cop out. Seville has no interest in correcting the problem, nor does Sam's. The membership should guarantee that Sam's would honor the product purchased from them. You would also think Seville would give more consideration for packaging given the price of the product. Very dissapointed!!! I rated these with one star due to the lack of support from Sam's or Seville.

Great product. Well made

IMO the manufacture does not put enough packing foam. I've seen FedEx beat the heck out of boxes for whatever reason. Like others my door came damaged. Sam's will be sending a replacement but who knows if that will make it through without any issues. The metal is very thin, if you probably whack it hard enough it will dent. Another poster mentioned you can get casters from your local home improvement store but I will tell you that the manufacture does not use standard sizes so if you do get them from somewhere else, they will not line up. This manufacture is charging almost double to get the 6 wheels. For the high price I would have expected better. It is definitely not worth the asking price.

Left door is damaged

The Seville Classics® UltraHD® series cabinets are an excellent product. They are easy to assemble and very well packaged for shipping to your home. I do recommend using a cordless screwdriver or drill set to very low torque for assembly vs. using a manual screwdriver. The shelves are plenty strong provided you use them in accordance with the directions! (Do NOT stand on the edge of a shelf like one reviewer mentioned her boyfriend doing, and then left an unfair negative review.) Total approved weight per shelf must be evenly distributed, not all in one small spot. I also like how easy it is to place the shelves at different heights depending on how much clearance you need per shelf. I did end up ordering one extra shelf direct from the manufacturer. I also purchased ten stacking storage cabinets and built a custom hardened steel storage support system so I could place them high up on my wall, as opposed to stacking them on large floor cabinets. This took some time to build and weld, including modifications to the corner support brackets, but in the end it looks beautiful and works perfectly and safely. I would definitely purchase more of these cabinets.
