We lost our first gazebo (soft-top) to the harsh winters in the northeast, and knew we needed something better. Luckily, this seems to fit the bill nicely. Snow load ratings are one of the best around in the "kit" category, and the price was extremely reasonable.

I purchased the Barrington 14x10 gazebo and had absolutely no issues putting it together. I could not be more happy with how it looks after putting it together. It’s everything I had hoped it would be. Please give the person or team a bonus or raise as they are some of the best assembly instructions I’ve ever seen. Between that and the Bilt app on my iPhone, I did not have any questions whatsoever in the building of the gazebo. Simply perfect.

I bought this to add to our concrete patio by our pool, have had so many compliments after hosting 2 party’s so far. The shade is perfect for most of the day, until the sun moves down further. I bought a sun shade and installed that to the side for additional shade towards the end of the day. Gazebo can be installed in 1 day if you have at least 5-6 helping and a couple of people that know what they are doing. Organizing wood pieces and hardware is a must for smooth installation if doing yourself. Overall very solid wood structure, a few wood pieces were delivered warped with a small bend but they still installed and worked fine. Would recommend and consider buying another one in the future.

I bought this a few weeks ago and we are in love with it. Our back deck is all sun and it is too hot to spend time out there. We bought a few cheaper quality gazebos that didn’t last and decided to get a high quality one this year. We were highly impressed on the quality. Delivery updates were provided and it was delivered on time. The delivery persons were courteous and handled everything professionally. The directions are very clear, the parts are well labeled, extra screws are provided if you drop or lose one and it was overall easy to put together. We were concerned about putting on the roof pieces, that they would be too heavy-but they were not. My husband and I were able to lift them into place easily. We needed to contact the company regarding an error my husband made with the screws. Customer service was great and they put the screws in the mail promptly. This is a company that stands behind their product!! I would recommend this product to anyone.

I liked that the 6 boxes fit into a pickup truck and that nothing was damaged because everything was packaged well. It took two old guys (myself and my brother-in-law) 3 days to put it together but a couple younger guys could have done it in a day and a half. The measurements provided by Backyard were correct and it fit perfect on my new deck. We have got several compliments about this gazebo.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought our Backyard Discovery Gazebo in June of 2023. So far it has been a great entertaining area for both friends and family! I think Backyard Discovery gazebos would make a fun addition to anybodies backyard. As someone who has bought one and have enjoyed it very much, I would suggest having a slab poured and plan out exactly where you may want to add a future dedicated electrical outlets or even possibly running water. We learned the hard way….lol I also suggest putting a nice good quality sealant on it soon after it’s built as well as think about adding gutters to it. I bought this a surprise for my wife a few months ago. She was looking at gazebos in stores and always wanted one. I saw this gazebo and never saw anything like it before! The size, sturdiness, and with outlet! So i purchased it along with professional builder plan to have it built for her as well. She was so surprised when she came home and it was already built (only took two installers a few hours). She couldn’t believe how beautiful it looked, she told me that she has never seen anything like this in stores. Let me give you the most honest feedback…This gazebo exceeded all mine as well as her expectations! We have hosted a few family gathering and got do many compliments on it. I even referred a couple of family members to the website to purchase one because they loved it so much.

I had been searching for a gazebo to fit out poured patio and this one fit the bill. It was installed in October and I had wondered how it would handle an Iowa winter. Heavy snow, winds, sleet and everything in-between this structure held up. The gazebo is very well constructed and looks great. This is a low-maintenance solution to providing shade and definitely improves the aesthetics of the back of our house.
