[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very pleased with how this looks. we put it over our outdoor kitchen and it is perfect. It covers it well so we can grill in the rain. I think we had to use a little silicone on a couple spots but after that, no leaks. Some Technical difficulties and frustration getting the missing pieces and then getting the workers back to complete the job, but overall very pleased.

The instructions were easy to follow along with the bilt app 3D views. Considering the amount of parts and pieces of material nothing was missing. In most cases there were extra nuts, bolts and screws. I was really impressed with the simplicity of the installation.

Putting together this gazebo is a large project, it took several weekends to put it all together. 95% of the work can be done by two people, but getting the 14' roof panels up and secured needs 3-4 people. You need patience to put together all the pieces accurately. You will need a hammer drill to secure it to your concrete. At the very end putting the roof trim on using the self tapping screws do not work by themselves, you need to pre-drill holes in order for it to secure. Overall it turned out very nice.

We just built two Backyard Discovery structures and we absolutely love them! The instructions were very clear for both, especially the emphasis on critical steps that would terribly difficult later on if missed. Some of the online reviewers, who praised your products and were quite detailed, recommended treating all of the pieces before assembly. We did so. Yes, it added some time to the project. But we want this to last for a very long time and consider that extra investment of our time to be worth it. I am not sure if you want to mention such an undertaking or not. Perhaps if you had been doing some studies and could offer some insight? In the meantime, we'll have to see how well Olympic Transparent Waterguard works over the years.

My wife and her friend saw this gazebo at Sams Warehouse for $1600. Price was right so we ordered it right away. They let us know that Sams had ordered 6 of these and wasnt expected to come in for quite a while. So I got on to the internet to find it somewhere else. Now when I was doing this it was right before Mothers Day and this was going to be perfect for her in the backyard. In my search i found this same gazebo on your website Backyard Discovery. But at a substantually higher cost $2400. My wife didnt like it but I ordered it anyway knowing it was going to be here the following week. . Timing was perfect for her Mothers Day. I bought it and our sons came to put it together on Mothers Day. I have to say this kit was really well thought out. the instructions were so easy to follow. Even for this dum truckdriver. overall a great product! takes a little time and knowledge to build. instructions are great. will need an additional person to help! if boxes went in order of build it would have saved some time, bc finding the pieces amoung 4 boxes was a little time consuming.

My Cordova Gazebo is such an added space. My family loves the leisure pleasure of the Cordova. It has added so much joy and beauty to out backyard. Guest want to get one for their entertainment pleasure. I would definitely purchase again. Very sturdy and looks beautiful.

We put this together with the help of some friends and couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. We treated the wood prior also to withstand the hot sun that beats on our backyard majority of the day. On year two of having it up and looks just as beautiful as the day it went up. Now to finish the rest and we can fully enjoy our summer nights!

We do recommend looking up a YouTube video for tips before beginning. It takes time and patience but definitely worth it. Highly recommend. We’re so happy with it and love it.
