Last year I saw a display of the Gazebo 14 x 10 "Cordova" in a store and wanted one. I was told they were sold out so I tried online direct to Backyard Discovery. I was told that they were back ordered so I put my name on a list and was thrilled when I was called and told it would ship in about 3 weeks. My husband and I decided to wait on having the gazebo assembled because after taking down our 16 year old pergola we thought it deserved a new patio to stand on. We thought at first it would be a simple replacement project but "no" we decided to get a contractor out to re do the patio and stone surface and the landscaping which we plan on finishing this Spring. After the patio was installed in August we had a company come out and put the gazebo together. It was a company that was referred by Backyard Discovery for our area.They did a fantastic job, we were so pleased. The gazebo went through the winter months with no issues, no movement so now we are trying to get ready to plant some new shrubs and flowers this Spring season. We love our new patio with our Cordova gazebo. Sorry my picture doesn't have the flowers and landscaping finished but we highly recommend your product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this at the beginning of the summer to put beside our pool. Best decision! Instructions we very clear on how to assemble. My husband and I assembled it over the course of a few days. We enjoyed it all summer and have enjoyed the shade. We also liked it electric box that comes with it.

Five starts to customer service! There were some serious shipping mishaps and it was rectified immediately. We needed to improvise roof assembly due to tight space, which was a fun adventure. The gazebo looks fantastic and meets all our needs for a little extra outdoor space

I purchased this back in March and got it last Wednesday. I completed it today ,with everyone trying to go cheap on their product I was very impressed with the quality of the material. The instructions are very easy to follow I laid out the material as instructed and everything went smoothly.The only thing I needed help on was installing the roof pieces.I was only short 14 1/4 flat washers which is impressive considering the number of pieces with this product. I called and they are sending me some flat washers, I went to the hardware store and got some and painted them black I. Order to complete it today the person I spoke with was very knowledgeable and courteous.

They were all surprised how nice and clean it looked. I have been enjoying it every chance I get. All my friends and family love coming over to hang out. Next Spring will be fantastic. My Cordova Gazebo is such an added space. My family loves the leisure pleasure of the Cordova. It has added so much joy and beauty to out backyard. Guest want to get one for their entertainment pleasure. I would definitely purchase again. Very sturdy and looks beautiful.

When I bought it I was concerned about some of the reviews that damaged/missing parts and that the instructions was not easy to follow. I found that to be further from the truth. It is sturdy and the instructions were simple. For the most part, I put it up by myself and had the wife’s help for the roof in about 2 days.

After seeing what a great addition my sister had added to her home, it was a no brainer. I bought the exact Gazebo to add to my patio which was the 14-10 Cardova. Like my sister I plan to add a Hot Tub to complete this addition. I would highly recommend this or any ther product Backyard Discovery has available. The price, quality and setup are all 5 stars….
