Great ladder. I love the top cap. It holds a lot of stuff. It also has a lot of features that I like such as extra big rungs and a larger step at top.

Very happy with my purchase of the little giant ladder, i also have the larger version which i've had for over 6 years now. Love these ladders. These ladders are strong and versitile and very stable. I have and will continue to recommend these ladders to family and friends. Bought it at sams for a good price.

This Ladder is lightweight, it works well on my stairs, and I've really enjoyed my Smartstep by Little Giant Ladder Systems. The standing platform was comfortable and so I didn't get tired feet. The Top Cap has slots for Tools and Screwdrivers and a place for my drill to rest. I love this ladder and would definitely recommend it to others.

Very solid. Im on the heavier side and this one's good to 300lbs. And the way it collapses makes it easier to store. I don't think you can beat it for the price.

Love this ladder. Very sturdy. I used it in my kitchen so I could reach up high to dust. U can use it on stairs but I haven’t tried that yet.

It's compact, yet can be raised up. I love the big step, not only do get to stand on it, you use it to open and close that ladder. It's pretty cool. It has wide back feet. The top part has a place for tools which makes it really convenient.

Bought for my daughters so weight and ease of use was important criteria. Pro’s: extension capabilities, light weight, ease of use Con’s: the narrow width of the bottom steps when extended will require correct footwear to provide a minimum level of comfort.

There were a limited number of these ladders at my Citrus Heights store and I wish I had bought it then. Next day they were all gone at $99, so I ordered it online for about $30 more and I still think it is a good buy. I like how it slides easily when making it taller and it opens into a stepladder easily as well. It's well made and very sturdy. We are remodeling and I used it often and it stores away small when donee.
