My husband has celiac and has to be gluten free. I struggle to find convenience foods that are gluten free. They are great! Nice to have on hand for a quick meal solution that's a little on the fancy side.

Like others are saying, the texture of the chicken feels a little off. Taste isn't bold but that could be a good thing since it's artichoke. Overall it's not bad tasting and hits the keto mark on point.

These were great for my wife and I. We made them in the air fryer so they came out super good. Would definitely recommend for a quick meal. I love that it has a lot protein and it is low carb.
