I had four of these and am down to one that’s working. All of the little parts of the lids disintegrate after about three months even following hand-wash only directions. I’m not going to waste my time trying to spend more money on replacement parts. Worked great, while it worked. Sadly seems like it’s just one more built to break product. And calling them ‘dishwasher safe’ when 4/6ths of the product is hand-wash only is intentionally misleading. Just a matter of time before I’m down to zero.

I love all of my Bentgo products. This salad container is the perfect size for lunch and I love the different compartments. One of the snaps on the lid broke, but I contacted customer service and they are sending me a replacement. Great products and company!

I bought mine about 3 months ago and it has been amazing. Keeps all of my salad components separate until I am ready to eat. Avoids the usual sog. Lid hinge broke but Bentgo is replacing. Customer service was fantastic to talk to and they are sending a new one out right away.

I have been using my salad container for a few months and I absolutely love it! I not only use it for salads but also for soups, curries, sandwiches, and pretty much any leftover from the previous night's dinner. I love that the lid fits with just the bowl or with the insert tray. It's very high quality. This is the perfect grown up lunchbox.

We used this salad container daily for about 3 months and then the lids broke deeming the product un-usable. I do appreciate the prompt response of customer service who is sending me replacements. Hopefully this is something that they will redesign so there are less issues in the future. We still love the product, especially the glass bowl, which we will repurpose the broken ones

I already left a review about them breaking too easily and, to their credit, they replaced my three broken ones with two new ones. I know, the math is questionable lol. One of the new ones they sent me last a single use before it broke in the same way the others did. I’m not sure if they switched manufacturers or what but this is embarrassing. Save yourself, and the world, some trouble.l and avoid these… so sad.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is such a great container for lunch or dinner! Don’t be fooled by the name. It’s not just for salads. The glass bowl is heavy & sturdy. The lid had a little clip for the fork. The insert…the insert! You can put veggies, croutons, nuts, you name it in the little sections. In the middle is a spot for salad dressing. There’s even a little lid that seals the dressing in so it doesn’t leak all over everything. The lid for the container is hinged so you just clamp it onto the glass bowl. Great for pasta too! The glass container and insert are both microwave safe. Easy to clean. Go get one!

It comes with a tray that separates into three compartments along with a sauce container. The snap lid also makes it leak proof. And if you forget your fork no problem it comes with that as well. This bowl is my favorite. I have taken salad, chili, and vegetable soup in it.

I purchased a 2 pack of these from Costco. I love them so much BUT the lid needs work. Sometimes the lid becomes a little too airtight and is impossible to get off. The snaps on the lids pop off almost every time I close them. One of the lids finally broke beyond repair. Unfortunately I didn’t register my products within 14 days of purchase to qualify for the warranty.

I love this salad container. I’ve tried many through the years. I finally found one that’s glass! The compartments are perfect size and I love it comes with a space for salad dressing. Costumer service was very helpful when I reached out. Definitely recommend!!
