I've been considering purchasing this for months. The pictures literally show that you can put the top on just the glass portion if you want to shake your salad. I didn't even have anything in it and tested the top on the glass and the hinges broke off. Both of them. Needless to say I will be returning this. The design and durability desperately needs improvement.

I bought 2 of these 4 months ago and the little tabs on one side of the lid broke off. I've only ever handwashed them and I'm very gentle with them. It seems the plastic used is just not strong. I'm still using the other one, but I'm now just waiting for the moment it breaks too. It's difficult to recommend something that only lasts 4 months without even being cleaned in a dishwasher.

I love these salad containers. I use them EVERY DAY. Salad, poke, bibimbop Pros: the sections are just the right size for all the “fix-ins”. The lid works with or without the tray. I love that for Poke. Cons: the fork is held under the lid so the containers can mix when it's tipped.

I bought this for my husband's lunches. He packs a salad 5 days a week so this was perfect. I love the separate container to add extra fixings so they won't get soggy. We have purchased several other Bentgo lunch boxes for our children and they have been amazing too. The only problem I have with this particular salad bowl is the lid handles keep breaking. Customer service was quick to respond and sent a replacement. They have excellent customer service.

I liked them so much we bought three for us to prep salads for my husband and me. He packs two a week and I only pack one. We also gave a set to a family friend who was returning to work, and one to my brother. We liked them that much. Unfortunately, the lids on two of ours broke. Today I browsed to see if I could find the piece- it is the little part sticking out from the snaps that breaks- and nope, there's no replacement for that little thing and I have to be careful when transporting it. Also, on behalf of my husband I would like to request other colors. He takes the gray happily and the lavender to work reluctantly. A black, navy blue, dark green would be great.

I love this salad container! It's made of glass, not plastic, which is a huge plus for me. It's the one container I use to eat directly from at work, without needing to transfer my salad to another plate or bowl. I initially bought four containers, thinking I could use them for my usual meal prep. However, I had to return two because they didn't all fit in my refrigerator. If they sold only the inserts and lids, I could prepare my entire week's lunches and just fill the salads each night. Unfortunately, one of the lid latches broke after a few weeks of use. Because of this, I would appreciate the option to purchase a replacement lid.

Our family loves all of our Bentgo products and I'm super excited to have this salad bowl made of glass. I'm sure I'll use it for all kinds of leftovers. It's not too heavy and the lids snaps on super tight to prevents leaks. Definitely recommend this!

I purchased a 2 pack of these from Costco. I love them so much BUT the lid needs work. Sometimes the lid becomes a little too airtight and is impossible to get off. The snaps on the lids pop off almost every time I close them. One of the lids finally broke beyond repair. Unfortunately I didn't register my products within 14 days of purchase to qualify for the warranty.

I bought mine about 3 months ago and it has been amazing. Keeps all of my salad components separate until I am ready to eat. Avoids the usual sog. Lid hinge broke but Bentgo is replacing. Customer service was fantastic to talk to and they are sending a new one out right away.
