Seems we are forming a critical mass around a poorly designed weak lid. Don't recommend until a new lid design.

My lid broke too. How do I replacement it? I went on the website 100 times and cant find help to replacement it with buying the whole set again.

I bought this and never got to use it, lid broke, I wrote an email no response. No way to get replacement lids. The snaps on the lid are flimsy

I bought one in April, the little plastic pieces on the lid, that click onto the bowl, broke 2 months later. The company was nice to send me an entire new set. This time I did not put the lid in the dishwasher, washed by hand, protected it religiously. Second one made it 4 months before one plastic piece on each side broke off. So this lid is currently holding with one hinge on each side and I expect it another to go any day now. I already have one bowl and insert without a lid. I'm thinking when this one breaks, I'll use a rubber band to hold the lid during transport. Just too expensive to throw away. Please fix this issue.

Love the idea of the separate containers but unfortunately the hinges on the lid are weak, and have now broken twice. The first time it happened, they sent me a full replacement. Unfortunately cannot recommended as it’s not as useful without the sealed lid.

I recently purchased the Bentgo Glass Salad Container, and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. This container is not only stylish but also incredibly functional. Lid broke. The prongs that snap the lid on are weak. I didn't keep the receipt so bentgo reluctantly replaced as a one time courtesy, but that lid's prongs look weak right out of the box. There is a white little line in the crease that shows it is going to break also. Do Not Buy.

We've had our Bentgo glass salad containers for at least 6mo so far. We eat salads daily for lunch, and these containers are a game-changer. It's so easy to quickly pack our salads the night before and keep all the ingredients separate until mixing, and all the ingredients stay fresh until lunch the next day. I've even had sliced avocado stay green in the container overnight until eating the next day for lunch. Customer support has also been great for the times we have needed replacement pieces.

I bought mine about 3 months ago and it has been amazing. Keeps all of my salad components separate until I am ready to eat. Avoids the usual sog. Lid hinge broke but Bentgo is replacing. Customer service was fantastic to talk to and they are sending a new one out right away.

I am a teacher and I use this container for my lunch throughout the week. It is sturdy, easy to pack and the ingredients stay fresh without blending into each other. I highly recommend this for any person who needs to frequently pack a meal. Also I contacted the Bentgo customer service when I misplaced the sauce container. They replied the next day and were very friendly and helpful. Wonderful company!
